Health
All puppies will be vaccinated, dewormed and taken to a vet for health clearance.

…I live in northern rural Maine on 41 acres. I recently expanded my kennel business and I'm very much enjoying it. I have attended the AKC canine college and completed all of their courses. I learn everyday through my dogs and other breeders.
How did you get into breeding?
I've always had a passion for animals especially dogs. I fell in love with the Newfoundland breed and wanted to share my passion for the breed. I have enough room and time now to pursue breeding.
What makes your breeding program special?
The 24-hour care and love the dogs get make my program special. The one-on-one attention and care makes each puppy special.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
