download ,install app offline on windows 10

hello i formatted my notebook pc and install windows 10 pro build 9926 i want to install metro app offline using windows power shell in windows 8.1 i used filddler it was very good and i could catch the download link but now on new windows i cant use it i do not know why it is not working on windows 10 someone know how to download the app using internet download manager and catch the link as well ?? thanks for help

ok i understand you but i want the offline cause no good internet and some app has big size anyway for download install the app offline on windows 10 build 9226? using windows power shell ?

this is may question too

it's important to me because when I have to reset my windows 10 device to factory setting, it will be erased totally , and I have to download all apps again and it has cost. so it should have a solution.

You cold change the setting of your windows mobile 10 cellphone, BUT ON YOUR OWN RISK!! YOU COULD DAMAGE OR EVEN COMPLETELY DESTROY YOUR WINDOWS PHONE 10 COMPLETELY!!You could change to "developer mode" in your settlings. But I would not give you a detailed instruction how to do , because if you're not got in using the Internet (like you said)you should you should not play with your OS.
