Department of Health Food Handlers License
Teachers and instructors really take the time to teach you and make sure you understand. Always willing to help with anything you need. No question is a dumb question. They encourage you to ask as many questions as you can. They also want you to take your time on the test and don’t rush through it and go back and review your answers. They really stress that. Overall great experience and they actually make the classes really fun. Which is awesome. I really enjoyed showing up everyday.

They give you a lot of information. I needed the class as a bartender running the bar alone. I was able to be there in case the Health Department came in.

A typical day of training was the teacher going over learning materials, then a test on the materials reviewed and computer practice test. Every day was a different course and test every day would cover everything from day one to the current day.

Necessity to work in NYC food industry . Training is simplified for easy access and learning. Everyone should take this course. I highly recommend that this course be taken

The person who taught the class was very knowledgeable and her teaching method was good so i was able to understand the topic very well. The hardest part was memorising all the numbers but after some practice I was able to get the hang of it.

I did everything at my on pace online, after I was done I went to the building in NYC and took the test the test proctor was very nice and humorous and took the nervous feeling away.
