      Critics Consensus

Free Agents' humor is nasty and bitter, with little to like about its characters and a lack of chemistry between the actors playing them.

Ed Bark Uncle Barky Free Agents is a niftily scripted, bracingly grownup comedy when in the hands of its two leads. Rated: 1/5 Sep 14, 2011 Full Review Brian Lowry Variety "Free Agents" leaves its leads adrift with scarcely a genuine moment to be found, and other than Head, not a single supporting character worth mentioning. Feb 24, 2020 Full Review Jessica Johnson Time Out Chicago Despite its flaws, Free Agents manages to deliver some decent laughs and is worth a try.
