Fantastic art gallery with a pertinent sample of Canadian art. It also includes international art. Low 2 1/2 hours for a good visit. Not to be missed!

A vibrant busy place to check out local goods and foods. Typically very busy and somewhat pricey but interesting to walk through.

A beautiful park in the middle of Fredericton. Perfect for a hike of an hour or so as well as outdoor play time with the family.

Wow! What a day at the Sports Hall of Fame. Had the chance to meet NHL Goalie, Jake Allen, wrestle with a national champion outside, play on the sports simulator, and learn all about the history of New Brunswick sport! I didn’t know that Ron Turcotte, Willie O’Ree, and many other Canadian sport icons were from the province.

It is an edifice worth competing with the European palaces, well worth a visit. Unfortunately, it closes at 4:30 or so and we were there too late to see the interior which I read is gorgeous. I recommend coming into town a bit earlier.

A brilliant landmark in New Brunswick showcasing exquisite Indigenous and other fine art works from across the province. Her Honour Brenda Murphy was most gracious.
Proud to be a New Brunswicker!

Unfortunately, it is under a revitalization process, therefore, we kind of missed the opportunity to see its full beauty. The city aims to complete the project next year...

It's a great spot to drop in for a beverage while out for a walk.

Outdoor seating is great - hopefully they look at ways to expand. Some of the staff could up their customer service game

I would say they are the #1 spot to get a Growler refilled - southside liquor store advertises refilling options but no one works the counter.

Overall, love spot and would recommend others to visit

Science East is in a building with an interesting history. There is not an abundance of exhibits. Yet they are interesting. Adults visiting without children can spend up to one and a half hours at the museum. Due to the hands on exhibits groups with children can stay longer.

A small museum displaying various displays on the region's history.

I particularly enjoyed the depiction of the poignant story of the Acadians and the excellent map animation depicting their movements as well as those of other groups involved in the many tragic conflicts of the period.

I also learned more about Confederation and the local drama that enfolded prior to the province joining in!

Paid a very reasonable six dollars CANADIAN for 2 hours of enjoyment.

Majestic Anglican cathedral church in downtown Fredericton was consecrated in 1853. It is built in the Gothic Revival style. I did not go in – it was closed when I passed, but I did view the interior online. The cathedral was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1983. It is the only Cathedral in Canada that is not itself a parish.

Great free walking tour of the city. I highly recommend it. We learned lots about the city and the garrison district. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Many thanks to Matthew!
On our way back, we saw our guide again and toured the historic jail/soldier’s quarters. So much to see and so much history! So glad we stopped in Fredericton and did the tour!
