It only costs $100,000 to do the negative scan and clean up, so that's like 0.034 sec of Pink Floyd's income... it must be a licencing issue, or more likely a Roger Issue.
If I remember correctly one or more members of the band hate the movie so it might be as simple as that.

I'd hope to see a movie for each album where one is a sequel to the next. Above all of that just a DSOTM movie would be nice. Wizard of OZ doesn't count but would be interesting how they could use it in the mix.

It’s a bit too late for what I would have loved for them to do; which is re-re-record the setlist from the film, to give us yet again a different take on The Wall.
Not to Redux the shit out of the songs, but just slight alterations like they did originally.
