what kind of art style is the legend of korra drawn in? is it manga or no? im trying to learn how to draw in this style but not sure where to start.

Manga isn't necessarily a style given that each manga artist has their own style. There is a stereotypical anime style, but Korra really does not fit in with that. Korra is far more in line with recent American animated series. It's really it's own style, but not overly stylistic or unique. It feels similar to a lot of other properties.

If you want to draw in a similar style, study and replicate the concept art.
