The Pages Manager App has transitioned to the Meta Business Suite mobile app, which offers you the ability to manage your business presence across Facebook and Instagram. You can:

• Share with more people and reach more customers.
• Engage with people interested in your business easily.
• See updated and actionable insights across both Instagram and Facebook.

• Overview of your business on home. The new home lets you view all messages, comments, activity and insights that need your attention for the selected Facebook Page and Instagram account for quick prioritization.

  • Change the Facebook Page and Instagram account you are viewing by tapping on the icon on the top left corner and selecting a different business.
• Management across Facebook and Instagram. With Meta Business Suite, you can:

  • Create, schedule and manage posts and stories across Facebook and Instagram.
  • View activity and notifications across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Manage communication in Inbox across Facebook and Instagram, and set up automatic replies to save time.
  • Create and manage ads across both placements.
  • View insights across your Facebook Page and Instagram account.

You will still have access to most of the features and tools from the Pages Manager App, but now with the ability to manage activity across both Facebook and Instagram. Use the navigation menu to find them.

• Posts: Create or schedule posts, such as text or media, for Facebook and Instagram. Tap the publish button to create new posts.
• Drafts: Create, save, edit and manage unpublished content, or drafts, across Facebook and Instagram.
• Inbox: Inbox shows you messages and comments from Facebook and Instagram, with additional features like automatic replies and away messages. Learn more about Inbox.
• Ads:Create and manage ads directly from mobile, and cross-post ads to Facebook and Instagram. Search for ads based on ad status, and edit their delivery status.
• Stories: Share content that represents your brand or business directly from your mobile device. Stories are visible for 24 hours. Learn more about Stories.
• Photos & albums: Create and manage photos, videos and albums for your business.
• Appointments:Create and manage appointments for your business.
• Insights: View your Facebook and Instagram insights in this tab. Insights will be available for paid and organic activity.
• Settings: Manage settings for the app and your business, such as adding Page info, editing roles, and viewing activity and banned users.
