Rules

  1. 16 participants total can be bumped to 24
  2. Participants must have 500 post or must have completed atleast 1 CAV or Tourney Match
  3. 10 points for characters
  4. 15 points for perks
  5. Win by Death, Incap or KO.
  6. Standard Gear.
  7. No BFR.
  8. No reality warping
  9. No Summons, constructs or any other fodder stronger than 616 Bleeding Edge Iron Man. They cannot be amped either.
  10. No Speed Steal
  11. No Power Copying/stealing.
  12. Summons, constructs or other fodder are limited to 200
  13. Cloning is limited to 10
  14. Time Jumping, remnants, speeding up ones own time is allowed. Other forms of time manip is banned.
  15. For DC characters you can get either their New Earth or Prime Earth version for the points listed. Unless specifically separated.
  16. New 52 Characters get Rebirth feats. Green Lantern characters get all feats post crisis.
  17. Marvel is 616 current. Unless Otherwise stated
  18. Wildstorm characters are allowed their feats from DC comics.
  19. Manga characters have composite anime and manga feats. No game, movies or databooks.
  20. Dragonball character are all Super Verions. No GT.
  21. God of High School are at their prime level.
  22. Star War is EU
  23. Everyone else is allowed their canon feats and is current

Teams

A new thing I have decided to add. Basically teams of characters that on their own wouldn't really be worth on their own. It may or may not work out so just trying this out.

  1. X-men: 2 (Wolverine, Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Gambit, Beast)
  2. Homunculus: 2(Lust, King Bradley, Greedling, Pride, Kimblee)
  3. Spider Family: 2 (616 Spiderman, Ultimate Spiderman, Scarlet Spider, Silk, Spiderman 2099)
  4. S Class Heroes: 3 ( Metal Bat, Atomic Samurai, Tanktop Master, Silver Fang, Puri-Puri)
  5. Holy Knights: 3 (Gowther, Howzer, Griamore, Gila, Jericho)

As always there are going to be characters that some may feel are over or under priced(I know for sure some prices are going to controversial). I am willing to edit or even remove characters if I am given a good enough reason to do so.

Character Requests

Character requests will be done differently. For me to even consider a character request, the character must have a respect thread on ComicVine for me to look at. A respect thread on Reddit is not good enough nor is a CAV. The only exception to this is if I know the character very well. You must make a formal request on the thread. He is an example of a request.

If your character doesn't have a respect thread then tough luck. I'm tired of people sneaking in character in tourneys and I'm tired of people complaining about characters being snuck into tourneys.

Prep Rules

  • All prep takes place on the battle field unless otherwise specified
  • You can't amplify yourself over Odin Level. Odin should take a majority over your amped character
  • Time Manip is not allowed during Prep. Even if the abilities allowed in the match they aren't for prep
  • Time is relative to you. So going into Places where time is slowed down(E.g the ROSAT) doesn't increase your prep time.
  • For Prep anywhere, you have ti pick a single location. You can move between that location and the battlefield. But no where else.

What power rings are allowed for Hank? Green Lantern corps, Sinestro corps, or Phantom rings? Phantom ring Henshaw has some insane feats but someone like Hal was still holding his own to a degree.

@smxlr8: Again I asked him prior to this tourney made on Discord, he had no problems with it. I also asked him in the previous high tier tourney and allowed it. As for a respect thread, she doesn't technically have one a rival of hers (who is basically equal to her) has one on CV which I showed and he labeled her as a 3 pointer, seeing as Twi is equal that number naturally transfers to her as well.

@emperorthanos- Alright, here is my finalized build. But I still need clarification on Henshaw's rings: Green, Yellow, or Phantom? Although another question, is it allowed to teleport items from other locations whilst in a specific location during preparation even though I won't actually travel there? Like, say, teleporting and plucking an item from a hideout (not any random locations the character isn't concerned with).
