I can't find anything anywhere suggesting any of the possible Queen Philippas have been even in any way Asian.
She's listed in a 100 Great Black Britons site. Daughter of a Belgian Lord and an umentioned mother.

That says her mother was Joan of Valois, who's brother was the king of France. From what I can see, she seems to be French, with some Spanish blood (Isabella of Aragon was her granny). I can't see anything that says she wasn't Caucasian/European.
Even if he did get a black/asian woman pregnant I can't see he and his wife taking in the child to raise as their own. Unless people mean that Joan was of that extraction.
