Create a command file, for example ListCheckWiki513.txt with the following contents:

Run WPCleaner in the command line with a command such as:
java -Xmx1024m -cp WPCleaner.jar:libs/* org.wikipediacleaner.Bot en user password DoTasks ListCheckWiki513.txt

To mark pages as fixed, manually remove them from the list.
