I live in EU and play everyday Plutonium BO2 & MW3 and the player count is always high enough for 2-3 full 18 man Servers. Download it you cannot lose anything it‘s completly free incl. DLC ! Also i would recommend IW4X and IW6X !!

Multiplayer files included but i didn't include multiplayer patch or crack, so you can't play multiplayer

there is a mod called cod4x for mw1 mp if you are interested and there is also plutonium for mw3 mp

I installed MOW 3 a month or so ago and the multiplayer was super dead.

COD4 Multiplayer should be possible. You need a multiplayer key which u can get from Here. MW3 Multiplayer is possible with Plutonium client Here
