We see a return of showers for the afternoon but warmer temperatures in the 70s. By Friday, it gets even warmer with temperatures in the upper 70s and 80s with mostly sunny skies. Meteorologist Megan Montero has the forecast.
Decreasing clouds overnight with lows in the 30s and 40s in most areas. Thursday will be partly to mostly sunny with a slight chance for a shower and highs in the 60s and 70s for most spots.
It will be a calm morning but do not be fooled by the crisp morning weather. We see a chance of severe weather in the afternoon and evening for all of Southern Colorado. The main concern will be areas of localized flooding, hail up to 1 inch in diameter and gusts up to 60+ mph with these thunderstorms. Meteorologist Megan Montero has more.
Partly cloudy overnight with lows in the 30s, 40s and 50s for most. Wednesday will be cooler with showers and thunderstorms, some of which could be strong. Highs will top out in the 60s and 70s in most spots.
Scattered storms Tuesday may produce gusty wind and brief rain while storms on Wednesday will be more likely to produce moderate to heavy rain.

FOX21 Storm Team latest forecast - Sunday May 12th. Isolated showers and storms will move in once again on Monday but are expected to be less numerous. Highest chances for precipitation will be along the foothills and higher terrain. Temperatures will be warmer with more storm chances on Tuesday.
It will be a very wet day for your Mother's Day as we see several waves of rain and thunderstorm come to the lower elevations and snow to the higher elevations. We continue to see more chances of rain through the extended forecast and Meteorologist Megan Montero has the details.
FOX21 Storm Team latest forecast - Saturday May 11th. Scattered showers and storms move into Southern Colorado once again for Mother's Day. Temperatures will once again be below average this time of year, so plan on a cooler day.
It will be rainy pretty much all day on Saturday and into Mother's Day. Temperatures will also be mild on Saturday with temperatures in the 50s and 60s. Meteorologist Megan Montero has the forecast.
Variably cloudy with some rain and snow across southern portions of the area. Northern lights may be visible where skies are clear to partly cloudy. Lows will drop down into the 20s, 30s and 40s. Saturday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and storms and some snow in the higher elevations. Highs will top out in the 40s, 50s and 60s.
Showers decrease in the late morning but expect afternoon showers and storms this weekend.
