- Four months earlier, on Sep. 24, 2019, Trump issued Executive Order 13887 on pandemic speed scenarios describing COVID-19, uncannily; hindsight shows this COVID-19 madness was seemingly premeditated.
- Azar backdated to Jan. 27, 2020—five days earlier—his one-sentence declaration. (Trollers are claiming this was a clerical error by $1,000 per hour corrupt attorneys—redundant, we know).
- Azar was not following his WHO handlers since his U.N. WHO co-conspirators had not yet declared a “pandemic,” which they did later, on Mar. 11, 2020—six weeks later.
- Azar and Trump evidently jumped the gun to protect their bio-nano-5G-chemical warfare super-spy-agent, Harvard-NIH Dr. Charles M. Lieber who had been indicted on Jan. 28, 2020—one day after the backdate.
- On Feb. 13, 2020—two weeks later, Kristin Debord, PhD, Acting Director of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, made no mention of the COVID-19 “emergency” declaration in her presentation to the National Vaccine Advisory Committee (NVAC). The CDC said the opposite: “The immediate risk in the United States is low at present.” No immediate risk, or pandemic? Contradictory official statements and pregnant silences are lies/fraud… by bureaucrats who nevertheless want to mass inject the public with untested cocktails using any deception that works.
- Yet, just nine weeks later, Debord initiated Operation Warp Speed on Apr. 29, 2020—she went from no emergency to hair on fire. Government agencies cannot tie their shoes in nine weeks.
- Tellingly, the FDA issued a deceptively worded warning on Apr. 10, 2020 against using IVERMECTIN to treat COVID—four weeks after secretly declaring the pandemic. (Note: The FDA had approved it for human use on Oct. 8, 1998. Japanese researchers call it a “wonder drug” and “astonishingly safe for human use”).[1]

There is far more than the scamdemic that shows Trump was controlled op from the start. There’s the reauthorization of an expanded NDAA in 2017 which increased the capability of the IAs to share data, including with outside contractors, the expansion of big govt through the signing of the omnibus bills (the FY 2019 expanded catch and release thereby making the wall just another psyop), his complete reversal of Federal Reserve policy (imo this is enough in itself since there’s no other possible explanation for it other than he was bank-owned), all of the bad endorsements, the endless parade of DS stooges that made up his admin, getting rid of Epstein and running the clock out on Russia “hoax” (even his use of that word was telling), the scumbags he pardoned on his way out the door, having Larry Fink as an advisor who bragged on video about how Blackrock is “forcing behaviors” and the consequential forcing of behaviors thru the scamdemic, the Q psyop for which there’s no other feasible explanation except to string along his base (I’m perma-banned from that site). How about all of the things he did nothing about, such as the Floyd effect on our cities, censorship of conservatives by big tech (this got much worse under Trump than it was under King Nig), the continued concentration of power to mega corporations, and of course the swamp he was supposed to drain? Did anyone notice how conveniently Xiden was able to reverse every single positive thing Trump did for our nation on his first day in office? Why did Trump approve GSA to proceed with the transition of power on Nov 23, 2020 even though was going to “keep on fighting” which he didn’t. Then he was “kicked off” Twitter as a convenience because he wasn’t fighting at all, plus he robbed his base of millions by soliciting donations to fight the election results. Another thing that begs attention is the fact that corrupting the 2020 vote to the magnitude that was necessary to seat Xiden could only be done with the full cooperation of the sitting admin.
In short, he did nothing to give power back to the people, which is what he ran on, and instead did exactly the opposite. I don’t think we were better off with him in office because I don’t think the soulless hag would have been able pull off the scamdemic. He used our trust in him against us, just like Bush did with 9/11 (I did not need to learn that lesson twice).

Mark, I believe the regulations for declaring a national emergency were revised in 2019, but I don’t know exactly what was changed. I think it removed any existing controls, giving the Secretary of HHS full discretion to make the declaration. I have it on my list of things that I need to research further.
Azar’s background (big pharma) is also very telling, just like the rest of the DS stooges Trump appointed.
