Yes, things are wilding up nicely in Western Civ as we bid farewell to summer and the elites return from their sacrosanct vacations to the task of crashing our world. You can feel it in every quarter of public and private life. Funny, especially, is the Party of Chaos trying to label their opponents as “fascists” — by which they mean anyone opposed to chaos, the “Joe Biden” regime’s preferred mode of existence.
The West’s biggest project these days, the war it provoked over Ukraine, turned out to be a giant Acme land-mine under the West’s collective Wile E. Coyote ass. As Russia advances implacably there and financial sanctions fizzle, behold the scramble in Europe now among citizens desperate to not freeze to death in the months ahead. This is the third time in a hundred-odd years that Germany has attempted suicide, and this time it looks like it’s going to work. Farewell nice German cars, machine tools, and other symbols of industrial might. In feckless Poland, the folks are out gathering lumps of coal and scouring the forest floor for firewood — they’re forbidden by law from cutting standing timber. Mr. Macron tells France she must accept “reduced living standards.” Looks like Brexit did not go far enough as the UK holds hands with the rest of NATO tromping into economic oblivion.
Think the USA is doing better? The summer rally in financial markets was just another frame in the Looney Tunes festival that American life has become. The Fed Chair, Mr. Powell, said all the parts out loud at the annual Jackson Hole banker meet-up last week: look out below, we’ve decided to take this sucker down (in the immortal words of George W. Bush), since pretending to stoke prosperity via Modern Monetary Theory only results in, duh, ruinous inflation. This raises the question, though, as to which is more politically damaging: inflation or depression? It is really only the difference between having plenty of worthless money or having no money at all.
The institutional rot eating away at our national underpinnings got more exposed last week when Mark Zuckerberg stupidly blurted to Joe Rogan that, yes, in the fall of 2020 the FBI warned Facebook — “came to the folks on our team,” he put it, smarmily — about a Russian disinformation campaign underway, wink wink. And so, Facebook turned the volume down to zero on certain news about a laptop belonging to one Hunter Biden stuffed with selfie porn (prostitutes included), video evidence of narcotics use, and deal memos about worldwide influence peddling involving the whole dang Biden family. FBI chief Chris Wray quickly jumped in to clarify that the FBI “routinely notifies U.S. private sector entities, including social media providers, of potential threat information, so that they can decide how to better defend against threats.”
Roger that. The part Mr. Wray left out was that he and everybody else on the fabled seventh floor of the J. Edgar Hoover building knew darn well that the Biden laptop story was not Russian Disinfo, raising the question: who do they now think is supposed to believe the FBI’s obvious bullshit? And why is Chris Wray still running the FBI? And, of course, Mr. Zuckerberg surely knew the truth of the matter as well — though at the time he was busy shoveling more than $300-million into election swing districts for the express purpose of changing-out local officials with his own crew to queer the balloting in favor of international grifter “Joe Biden.”
The inventory of lies retailed by the FBI is so vast and gross that the agency had to resort to raiding Mar-a-Lago three weeks ago in defiance of all known precedent and settled law regarding presidential records. The reason: Mr. Trump, the former president, had exactly such a cataloged inventory of the FBI lies used during his term in office to overthrow him with the Crossfire Hurricane nonsense, and was prepared to introduce said evidence in the lawsuit he has initiated in a Florida federal court against Hillary Clinton and a rogue’s gallery of campaign aides and allied federal officials who assisted in concocting the RussiaGate operation. The aim of the Mar-a-Lago raid: to un-declassify all that material — via a probably illegal order by “Joe Biden” — so as to prevent it from being introduced as evidence in the lawsuit. Somehow, the news media failed to report that part of the story, and even the alt media has missed that last detail.
And now, despite walking back their guideline Covid-19 policies this month, the CDC and its sister public health agencies are ready to push a new edition of Big Pharma’s Covid (so-called) “vaccines,” despite visibly rising all-causes death numbers across Western Civ that appear, more and more, attributable only to the “vaccines.” The vaxx-happy bureaucracy will not be stopped by the captive federal justice system but the attorneys general of fifty states could each act against the program, which has violated every module of the Nuremberg Code against human medical experimentation, as well as US law. It may be too late for the medical profession to redeem its lost sacred honor.
The catch here is that, at this point in the disgraceful story, only Woked-up liberals vying for the Darwin Award will fall for the new vaxxes. Everybody else is onto the scam and hip to the danger, and mandates have worn out their welcome. Liberal Wokery has turned out to be a form of stupidly booby-trapped, self-limiting neo-Nazism. There is your Party of Chaos in a nutshell.
It remains for Mr. Trump to renounce his support for the evil fruits of the Warp Speed operation he presided over. He must face the fact that he was played, and he may be forgiven, considering all the evidence coming recently from the likes of Deborah Birx and others that he was lied to and manipulated. But he doesn’t have much more time to get it right, or else his political career will be over well before the 2024 election. That may be all for the better. America probably needs a clean sweep of our desecrated political landscape. All in all, Mr. Trump was a good soldier, brave and resolute under tremendous adversity, but he’s not the only one who can lead our country back to itself.

I have noted that you have been referring to demonic and spiritual wickedness to describe what has been playing out on the global scene now Jim, and I couldn’t agree with you more. As I have posted many times, even those that do not believe in such evil entities have to admit that there have always been those that DO believe, and that it is these human beings that are a dangerous and demonic threat to our entire civilization.
Rabbi Johnathan Cahn has written a book titled “The Return of the Gods”, which will be available around September 6th. In a recent interview with Greg Hunter, Rabbi Cahn detailed his theory that the ancient pagan gods were actually fallen and cast out angels that had convinced primitive man to bow down and sacrifice to them throughout antiquity. These false gods were driven out by the spread of Christianity, but as America and the world drives God out of our societies, these entities are moving back in to fill the void. I have long speculated myself on this possibility and I have pre-ordered a copy and cannot wait to read it.
I decade ago, a Vietnam combat veteran spoke to me of his experience during the conflict and the “interrogation” that he and a squad of Vietnamese soldiers carried out on a Viet Cong prisoner. It was a horrific and disturbing tale, and at one point as I stared into his eyes as he spoke, tiny yellow flames appeared in his pupils. I am not exaggerating, I promise.
These forces of evil exist and are gaining power in our systems. How is it, take the college loan forgiveness issue for example, that such a contentious decision is made, that absolutely everyone vigorously opposes, that those pushing the agenda refuse to even acknowledge the outrage and steam full speed ahead anyway? Surely there are forces behind those making the bad calls that the puppets fear far more than an entire angry population. The same can be said for the “vaccine” mandates. There are powers of evil at work here that cannot be deterred by any craft that we here possess.

EF: It’s called a moon clip, and essentially “clips” into the recesses in the .45ACP round in order to convert the semiauto .45 round into a revolver-ready round. Once clipped in, 5 or 6 of these rounds are very amenable to loading into a revolver wheel using a speed loader.

Different product. Been using half moon clips for 50+ years…the star reloader is a semi-automatic loading press that will load up to 600 cartridges and hour.
The .45 Long Colt is a versatile round but not to be confused with the .45 Cold automatic round. It was designed for revolvers and migrated to light saddle guns. The cartridge is large and I have even loaded it with bird shot.
But we regress: One of the the evils that is abound now is ‘thirst for power’ and permeates all the way down to the Home Owners Association, Meetup group leaders, etc. It is difficult to lead without subconsciously acquiring that thirst.
I belonged to two ladies book clubs. One was on meetup. The other was a local newcomers type organization with many different interest groups including several book clubs. When COVID hit, both groups continued to meet but it was now via Zoom. I quickly found out I was the only person still living my prior life. Everyone else fully embraced lockdowns, bubbles, and vaccines. When the ladies finally ventured from their homes, the newcomers group found a church where we could meet. The leader announced that you had to be fully vaxxed to attend! I am now being ordered to take an experimental medical treatment that I don’t want by…BOOKCLUB? I called the church and talked to the pastor. The church did not require vaccinations to enter the building. This was all the breathtaking power grab of our leader.
I no longer belong to either group. When asked about it by a few members, I told that story. I have no idea if anyone stood up for the freedom of choice.
Mrs, I have so few people in my life now. When I meet someone I might like to talk to, I start to worry about what they think about masks and lockdowns.

When was the last time you heard of one of these weapons being used by someone with an actual political motivation? Except occasionally by the police? Only crazed high school kids overcome by sexual frustration and playing too many internet games!

I looked up images of this gun on the internet and there seems to be various sizes. What exactly makes it a “Long Colt”? I was thinking it was something like a rifle. I do believe I have one somewhere in the gun safe. Single action? And is the ammo different from say what you would use in a 1911?
I think that was the original black powder round for the Colt Single Action Model P (frontier six shooter) in 1873. ‘Long Colt’ could be a label that the round was given retroactively after the company came out with the ,45 cal M1911 — two totally different bullets. In the past 150 years there have been so many different calibers, loads, shapes of bullets, ways that rounds were labeled (amount of powder, rimfire or center fire, weight of projectiles, speed of the bullet etc), it is an impossibility to keep track of it all.
With all this talk about obsolete revolvers from the past century, I do hope that when, not if, the shit hits the fan, that most here will have much more than a revolver to defend their homes and families. Unless you’re a cowboy type gunslinger who can shoot and reload with the blink of an eye, if attacked by 7 or 8 people, or more, you’re dead. That’s what an AR (15 or 10) or a 308 rifle is for! Just say’in.
And, by the way, I do own several revolvers out of pure historical interest only. Some, e.g. a 6 inch Colt King Cobra (.357 cal) are quite accurate at 10-20 feet, and deadly.

Your observation of the agenda pushers ignoring resistance by the citizenry was on display with the bank bailouts. One House member said that his constituents’ response to the bailouts was evenly divided between “no” and “hell no”.
The agenda pushers in Congress simply violated procedural rules and Passed the bill in the Senate first, then in the House. Now, as you said, there’s no discussion at all over new agenda issues.
The bank bailouts of 2008? I remember going to a website for our house rep who had a poll if you oppose or support bank bailouts. After answering you could see the results of those who answered the poll. 98% said NO to bank bailouts. The House Rep voted YES to bank bailouts. She voted against her constituents. Didn’t seem to matter she is still in Congress.
I was told back then that if the feds didn’t bail out financial institutions then401k’s would possibly collapse by around 50% or worse. That is what the house representatives were sold anyway.
You should watch the inverviews with David Icke on London Real. Pretty fascinating stuff. Icke has been pretty out there with some of his claims in the past, but he is an incredibly smart guy, and some of his insights on the spirutual elements of what has taken place recently are WELL worth listening to.
He was also one of a handful of people that called out pretty much the entire fraud years in advance. Interesting guy.

I have to remind myself often now how we laughed at Alex Jones ten to fifteen years ago. He is so animated and bombastic it’s hard to watch him. The ideas of the New World Order, “FEMA camps”, Rockerfeller petroleum based medicine, false flag school shootings, 9/11 being an inside job all were sooo ridiculous. Until they weren’t. My tipping point was discovering WTC7 in 2016…
It’s harder to be discerning for yourself than to follow the herd. Most need that sense of security that comes from believing the “prevailing wisdom” peddled to us by television.
I knew of significant deaths and side effects of the poison death shot and watched most of my friends ignore my warnings and clear evidence and take the shot. It killed my best friend, the healthiest most active athletic man I knew.

I used to laugh at Jones, too. I still do at times. Just the whole presentation turned me off.
On occasion, however, I would hear him talking about something and then go on a little research expedition. 99 percent of the time, he was right. His predictions about our current timeline are something else, though. He is often quite far ahead of the curve.
Icke is the same, but far more cerebral in his presentation. I can’t follow some of the tangents he goes off on, but the amount of thought he has put into the subjects he covers is impressive. His son Gareth is also quite an interesting guy.

In discussions with my better-educated Muslim friends, I found that not only do they have no problem accepting the reality and omnipresence of demonic realities, but they also accept UFOs and their occupants as another variety of “djinn”.

Those who are considering the spiritual aspects of the mess we’re in might consider reading the book “Hostage to the Devil” by Malachi Martin, an old-fashioned scholar-priest. It’s compelling and fascinating.
Martin was an editor for the Encyclopædia Britannica, religious editor for the National Review, a Professor who taught Aramaic, Hebrew, palaeography, Sacred Scripture and theology, and an Oxford alumnae.
I still don’t know quite what to make of the book, but I don’t doubt there’s real evil in the world, not the ordinary material kind we’re accustomed to, but genuine spiritual evil.
Speaking as a Heathen Odinist man I find that you, along with the Rabbi, really need to take a good long look at history. Start with the early Christian atrocities and continue through to the Inquisition. The Gods and Goddesses of my Norse, Saxon and Celtic ancestors are no part of any “fallen angels” of your Middle Eastern blood-cult religion and desert demon-god.
Having sworn oaths to defend the US Constitution many times, all I can say is that you are entitled to your own opinion and the right to espouse it.
It is sadly true that throughout history the three Semitic religions have all too often exhibited extreme intolerance towards other faiths, even each other and different sects within their own camps.

LOL.Well, those “Christian” atrocities (were they following Christ’s teaching??) were nearly always exposed and eradicated by other Christians. The Inquisition killed about 1200-1500. Compare that to the communist religion (and, yes, it is a religion, “secular”is a myth). Compare the deaths of the Inquisition to the killings of Church laity and clergy by the bolsheviks in Russia, or the Armenian and Vendee genocides.

The best analogy I can think of is that one may love America, the Constitution, and all the ideals they represent, while at the same time detesting our government, its officials, and its politicians.
You can likewise believe in Catholicism and Christian ideals while at the same time detesting–for example–our present pope, whom many believe to be sort of “anti-pope,” as well as many others in the Catholic hierarchy.

Walter, I’m rereading C. S. Lewis’s trilogy, That Hideous Strength – a book I last read as a teenager. I’m finding it astonishing how perfectly it describes the spiritual aspect of what is happening now, especially in the last book of the series. For Lewis’s NICE institute, if you substitute the Democratic Party and their lackeys, you could almost be reading the news.
But it’s the insights into people’s justifications, and the way in which they become ensnared and don’t have the will to get out that’s really striking. There are plenty of people now who know they’ve taken the wrong path, but they’d have to repudiate their friends, families, social lives, public statements, and careers in order to break away. They reckon cost is too high. I encourage everyone here to read this trilogy. You’ll be amazed.
You mention another HUGE problem: People have been fluoridated, sedated, addicted, programmed, etc. for 3-4 generations now.

That is one of the biggest challenges we face, IMHO.
The biggest problem is the brainwashing in 12 years of “public school”. It truly dumbs down and interrupts the cognitive process. Some folks never recover.

Peer pressure Roudypiglet, it’s a bummer. There is great advantage in having no peers from which to receive pressure and no, it does not get lonely, the peace is blissful.
Walter, I’m no longer in the working world, so I agree completely about the peace of having no peers. But I know people who are completely surrounded, at work and at home, by people who spout the narrative and are prepared to punish anyone who doesn’t. And they’re actively on the lookout for dissent and the opportunity to report it.
For them, if they found the courage to take a stand, everything would be lost to them – job, family, friends. Some are at a point in life where it would be nearly impossible to start over. For them, I feel great pity. I don’t want to assume I’d behave any better were I in their place. I hope I would, but I love my people even when they’re wrong. I don’t know what I would do without them.

Please enlighten me. Just to precede, I don’t count physical torture since almost all of it results in a quick death. Same with starvation — 30 days, tops, in squalid quarters isn’t long-term.
Chinese water torture-type tactics? Brutal, but political prisoners still fear that less than solitary.
Then there’s solitary in total darkness, zero time outside of bars, can’t see even the hand that slips the gruel through the slot. Accumulated poisonous creatures, uncollected feces, unattended and unknown (to authorities) infections and diseases.

Food attenuation, yes. That’s baked into solitary. With Faludy, they were down to to 600-800 calories a day, and that’s while on a work detail, moving huge logs about. The crew still preferred that to solitary, which they’d all experienced, even though some were dropping like flies.

Regarding small flames in the eyes of the person telling of a vietnam interogation; it is a disturbing experience, I had a very similar one in October 1986. I have only shared it with my wife. The person in question was someone I had concluded was dangerous. He was relaxed and I was to the side of him, I could see the corner of his right eye glittering! I doubt he knew I was observing him. He is serving a life sentence for a contract murder he arraigned four weeks later.
Flash forward to 2001 and I was reading ‘My War Gone by I Miss it so’ written by British war correspondent Anthony Lloyd about his experiences in Bosnia and Chechnya. He described the same observations of glittery eyes on persons that had observed evil or participated in it. He references it in detail a couple times in the book (which is a well written and important read.).

As I posted before, I recall Donald Trump the candidate claiming that when he was elected, he would release the truths about the JFK assassination, 911, and even UFOs, yet once elected nothing happened. I understand that he was under constant, relentless attack even before he took office, but I am certain that once he was sworn in, he was given the Dealy Plaza Warning. Since a president can accomplish little to nothing once he has been taken out, I believe he chose to do what he was told in many areas, truth be damned.
If he knew about JFK (and how could he not, he’s not an imbecile), he had to know it applied to him as well. Same with 9-11. If any of this is going be corrected from the inside – and it’s hard to imagine that ever happening – it will have to come from an insider who also has a large and faithful groundswell of support on the inside who aren’t afraid to employ some “unconventional” methods where need be – a palace coup of sorts – only much larger. Hard to imagine that happening as well. Lots of very faithful and ideological men with guns on the inside already who prefer things just the way they are. Legal niceties be damned.

I watched an episode of Owen Benjamin (comedian/ex-Hollywood guy blocked from every social media platform and now living on a farm in Idaho) talk (partially tounge-in-cheek) about Trump being involved in 9/11.
The amount of evidence that he could have had knowledge was pretty impressive. He was pretty close to Larry Summers, too — the owner of WTC 7, who took out a massive insurance policy on it just 3 months before it was blown up by globocap.

On 9/11, being an active trader at that time, I had my finger on the pulse of daily markets. There are (or used to be) two schools of thought on trading. There were fundamental traders & technical traders. Many, or most, trades today are strictly algorithm-based – using a hybrid of the two schools.
Fundamental traders look at production, estimates, weather reports, supply & demand, etc., in other words, fundamental variables. Technical traders look strictly at price action, various charts of levels support & resistance, historical overlays – in other words, technical variables.
Technical trading is my cup of tea. I still have daily charts of real-time price action on the days surrounding 9/11. Here’s what I saw:
On September 10th, for no apparent reasons, fundamental or technical – out of the blue (no pun intended) – not only was there an unexplained very heavy short position taken in airlines stocks, but also DJIA futures were very heavily shorted – again, for no discernable reasons.
With the intentional lack of financial education, and the intentional complexities of financialization, most people don’t know the difference between a short sale and a bake sale. Most JHK followers understand that short sales anticipated price drops – the faster & deeper, before covering, the better – more profitable.
Those with prior knowledge, not only took on short positions and covered them at the bottom, but “turned” the trades at the bottom and took the long side of the markets as prices rebounded. Money on the way down – money on the way up, a beautiful thing, money on murder.
It gets better: Just prior to the London train bombings on 7/7/05, the exact same thing happened – for no apparent reasons on the London Exchange, and to a lesser degree, the NYSE & CBOT, on the preceding Tuesday & Wednesday. I also have those real-time charts as well.
It immediately resonated – like a brick in the forehead. All I remember was having a sinking feeling, a pit in my stomach, knowing somebody, somewhere is going to get it, but not knowing who, how or when.
Then the London trains. Hard to believe they went to the same well again – exact same MO. To this day, if I see the markets getting hammered for no apparent reason, I say a prayer, duck & cover and hope it’s not my day.
They know – we don’t.

I feel that social media has moved the role of interpreting the law, from a judge, to public opinion.
If all parties in the Mar-a-Lago document dumpster-dive have no credibility, then all related issues are meaningless. The bigger issue as I see it is that there is no excuse for a dishonest administration, whereas some of Trump’s actions could be justified. So, zipping out to your thirty-thousand-foot view, who are the injured parties? I would argue that the injured parties are those whose vote was stolen, and as Jim pointed out “… so as to prevent it (a cataloged inventory of the FBI lies) from being introduced as evidence in the lawsuit.”.
If the Mar-a-Lago opportunity is tossed into the round file, along with Sidney Powell and the Hunter Biden laptop, then I will assume that my vote will be stolen once again.
As far as my faith in the majority of judges (as well as the population), I cannot believe that the majority support the actions of the loons in the Biden administration. I suspect that I will find out how naive I am within a year.
OK. After thinking about all this, I think Trump is done, and there is a good possibility that the TDS vote will win in November. It seems logical that Biden’s speech today was all about energizing TDS.

I’m always a bit disturbed by the assumption that having your picture taken with someone is an indication that you’re aligned with them in some way. If you’re very rich, you stay at the most expensive resorts, eat at the most expensive restaurants, etc., and you see the same people everywhere you go. That doesn’t mean they’re all your personal and intimate friends.
I grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone else. If some among us had been secret criminals, everyone in town could have been called their associates, and pictures of them standing next to us at barbecues, parades, school hockey games, etc., would have been ubiquitous. If you’re in the small world of the very rich (or in a small town) you see the same people all the time. The Queen has had her picture taken with half the people in the world, and with rich or influential people all the time. That doesn’t mean she’s a personal friend of any of them.
I don’t think every scientist who took money from Epstein knew what he was – although, obviously, the point at which they did know (as everyone did) marks the point at which they should have cut ties and are culpable if they failed to. I know plenty of people who are personally naive enough to have just thought he was a very rich person with an interest in science. If you didn’t take him up on the invitation to his island, you might not have known until it was public knowledge.

Wood and coal stoves are about to come into high demand. A coal furnace in the cellar with hot air registers and coald air returns may no longer be viewed as an anachronism. Watch firewood escelate as people turn to buying bundles at convenience stores rather than firewood by the cord. Coal in your Christmas stocking may take on a new meaning.
My grandma had a coal furnace in the basement of her old Victorian style mansion that all her grandchildren loved to visit. There was a monster coal furnace in the basement, and one room in the basement was filled with coal. A dump truck load would be emptied into that basement room via a conveyer belt contraption on the rear of the truck. As children, we’d play in the coal pile and come back upstairs with coal dust all over us. The furnace required daily work, removing clinkers out of the firebox early in the morning, and next shoveling coal into a thermostatically controlled hopper that fed coal via a long worm screw into the firebox. The furnace was branded “Iron Fireman”.
On very rare occaisons, this furnace would do what happened on the movie “A Christmas Story”. All of a sudden, a major malfunction would result in clouds of black soot and coal smoke coming out of the registers. With all the fire and coal dust in the basement, it was a wonder the old house never burned down. My grandma had to hire help to keep the furnace running. It required someone each morning to remove clinkers from the firebox and shoveling coal into the hopper. The house is gone now, it was too much of a maintenance nightmare. But the old piles of furnace clinkers in the back yard are still there to this day.

Obviously if you’re talking pragmatism rather than idealism, you have to give a name to private machinations with public consequences, so ‘politics’ gets co-opted (I take the blame for that sentence – it’s nothing to do with Sir Bernard).

We need to define ‘we Americans’. If we are speaking of true American people who are trying valiantly to retain what’s left of the American spirit of independence and freedom from government intrusion… then ‘we’ are not the bad guys. What I’ve seen over the years is how the cost of a number of things has become ever-more-wildly inflated; mainly housing, medical care, and education. Also things like car insurance and, more recently, cars. Another form of expense that has proliferated over the decades is requirements for business and profesional licensing and certifications.
If you think about it, you realize that most of these inflated costs are a form of taxation. Where does the money from the inflated cost of housing go? Mainly to the banks who write the loans (though many other people get a piece). The same is true of student loans and auto loans. Medical care/medical insurance costs are explicitly a tax.
The underlying purpose seems to be to make everything so expensive that it must be financed; no paying out-of-pocket. Thus, the banks get a BIG piece of any large transaction. They also get a piece of every small transaction in the form of credit card fees and the fees they collect on EBT cards.
Basically, you have a situation in which the banks are allowed to tax people–plus every possible method is in place to force people to resort to borrowing to meet their everyday needs.
I suppose in a way you could say that we already “own nothing,” since it’s all paid for by borrowing.
Did you ever ask yourself how much of the earned income in your town is being siphoned off to the Hamptons? Almost everybody on your block has a mortgage, and for the first few years of any mortgage loan, the lion’s share of the house payment goes towards interest. This means that everybody you know who has not “owned” their home for more than five years is sending a check to the Hamptons every month. (And it’s a rather large one.) Unless they’ve “owned” their home more than ten years, a pretty big chunk of every house payment is still going towards interest.
Maybe your neighbors also have student loans and car payments: more taxes payable to the banks.
I think many people don’t realize that housing used to be pretty affordable, and building codes did not prohibit people from building their own home. Cars used to be far less expensive. College used to be cheap. (My college tuition was about $12/semester.) In the 1950s, people paid for medical care and prescriptions out-of-pocket. They were cheap.
Everything has been deliberately made very expensive, and in most cases this was caused by legislation.

A few physician in my area, based on direct conversations and what patients tell me, have actually obtained insight in the fake vaxx and its purpose. However, the majority are in complete denial, and believe in the total bullshit concept of Sudden Adult Death (SAD) syndrome among the ‘vaxxed’ that drop dead. In order to regaining said honor, the majority of physicians will need to admit they were wrong, duped or otherwise misguided about the ‘vax.’ I predict that very few will do that given the authoritarian personality of most physicians, a trait that they will hopefully take with them to the gallows of the Nuremberg 2 trials, if they occur.

In case anyone here suffers from gout, here’s a story on that:
My ex has suffered from gout for around 20 years. It has gotten progressively worse. He used to be able to at least temporarily cure it by eating less meat and drinking cherry juice. He tried prescription medication, but the side effects were VERY bad–nearly put him in a coma.
He recently saw a doctor about it, who wanted him to have X-rays and prescribed antibiotics. (Apparently this is what the insurance flow-chart dictates nowadays.) He was displeased by this approach, so he went to a Chinese practitioner of some kind. The Chinese practitioner told him to take calcium/magnesium supplements. (These must be taken with calcium and magnesium in the correct proportions.) He said this has cured his gout.
Now, this seems a little weird to me. The Chinese practitioner said that calcium/magnesium would “alkalize” his body–another new one on me. But it’s interesting–and harmless–so worth a try.

I have suffered maybe a half dozen flair ups of gout in the past 5 or 6 years. Its VERY painful and almost always, but not necessarily, involves the big toe. Also, in my case at least, it only happens with one foot, not both at the same time. There is also major swelling. If you’re in bed and your top sheet so much as rubs a little against your big toe it hurts like a bitch.
Bear with me, I’m going to tell you about the cure but I’m going to get to it the long way around.
On my first flair up I had no idea what it was. It involved my foot so I made an appointment with a podiatrist. I parked my car and hobbled with great pain across the lot and into the docs office. As usual I had to sit with a nurse and tell her my tale of woe instead of telling my tale directly to the doctor. It turns out he was in the adjacent room and heard our conversation. He then barged in and said “you have gout.” He gave me a prescription for a med and said if that didn’t work we would go to Plan B. I think the medical profession wants to first try something that almost never works before they prescribe the med that almost always works because that magic cure is a steroid and God forbid they should get you hooked on steroids.
After two failed Rxes they gave up and went to the steroid. It is called Prednisone. (I am reminded of this scenario: you have a bad headache. You go to the drugstore and pick up a bottle labeled Extra Strength Tylenol. You go to the druggist and ask if they have the regular stuff, the stuff that is not Extra Strength. This is beyond absurd. Does J&J actually produce any version of Tylenol that is not Extra Strength?? and who are the idiots that demand it??)
But I digress. I know all about the foods that one is supposed to avoid such as shellfish like shrimp, and all the foods you are supposed to go heavy on such as cherry juice. The problem is you never know for sure what has caused you NOT to have a flair up for a year… and then like a bolt from the blue you get a NEW flair up. Was it cherry juice that was keeping you gout-free? Who knows?
So getting back to Prednisone, the magic cure… here is what they typically do: The doc prescribes 30 pills to be taken over a ten day period as follows 5, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1. In my case the pain and swelling subsided during the second or third day.
Six months or a year later I had my next flair up. I told my PCP not to bother with all the preliminary Rx BS and go straight to the Prednisone. It works like a charm. In fact this time the moment the pain and swelling subsided I stopped taking the pills and just hoarded them away for the next flair up.
A couple of months ago I had an extremely painful flair up that involved only my ankle. My wife said it looks like gout to me. I was skeptical since it didn’t involve the big toe but I went straight for my stash of illicit Prednisone. I now sometimes refer to my wife as Mrs Doctor Shtik.

Got in most cases is caused by dehydration.
Crazy as it sounds drink 1 ounce of water per ten pounds of body weight which is almost impossible for a 200 pound human but do try.
Everyone’s bodies are different but there are some things beyond dehydration that cause me to have flare ups.
Too much beer or alcohol.
Working out to hard and building up lactic acid even when I am 100% sure not to be dehydrated.
SUGAR sodas to be specific to much sugar will always cause someone prone to gout to have a flare up.
Red meat in my case Beef.
Some seafoods.
The worst one is sugar avoid it like the plague.
Mushrooms can also cause gout as well as asparagus and spinach.
Purine rich foods and your bodies in ability to process the purines properly.
Last black tea I drink too much and bam I get it bad.
Avoid stuff with natural sugars that are not also packed with fiber.
Gout crystals can form in any joint or even soft tissue I had a friend that got gouty crystals in his eyes.
Some things to eat to avoid gout.
Pineapple
Celery as much as you can stand.
Drink a lot of water and in between make a tea from corn silk and celery seed which will help expel the water.
Tumeric tea with black pepper.
Black coffee
distilled water but be careful as that can also leach out important minerals.
I will try the calcium and magnesium pills.
I have also been taking 400mg’s allopurinol which also help alkilize the body.
At the first inkling of a gout attack I take a couple of colchicine tabs but they are really hard on your body.
The steroids you are taking are also hard on your kidneys.
Prednisone may be what the ex was prescribed that caused the serious side-effects. His present wife is a retired nurse who is very familiar with medications.
For all I know, Prednisone might be quite innocuous. But I had to stop taking Meloxicam (for arthritis) after I figured out that that was why I was itching all over as if I had scabies. (I started on it in spring, so for a long time I assumed we were having a bad year for chiggers, or wondered if I had bed bugs or if I was allergic to my laundry detergent. Anyway, I stopped taking the Meloxicam and the itching went away, though I still have some spots that seem reluctant to heal.
I’m also finding that drinking tonic water (with apple cider vinegar in it) works about as well as the Meloxicam. I like tonic water, but it takes quite a bit for it to work–as in, quite a bit every day. A pill would be easier.

Not necessarily! In the past four decades the money printing has resulted in more and more cheap goods being imported from China et al. Thus, in this case, MMT results in zero to lower inflation but DOES result in chronic and severe Current Account Deficits and indebtedness to China et al. That indebtedness then requires the sale of US Assets to maintain the value of the USD. Those assets have included Farm land, critical infrastructure and key industrial and tech companies.
At the same time MMT type policy deindustrialised the USA making the whole of Western Civ weaker – both industrially and militarily.
A good book on MMT is by Warren Mosler called THE SEVEN DEADLY INNOCENT FRAUDS OF ECONOMIC POLICY. A nation can utilize MMT from any policy framework or prism it chooses to. It’s NOT simply about conjuring up and printing money for anything and everything. A Conservative Mises institute framework can just as easily put your society into a recession/depression spiral.
Thing is, that’s how it will always be used. MMT’ers habitually ignore the political component, which is by far the most important thing. We’ve had MMT for the hyper-wealthy for at least 40 years now. How’s that worked out?
All I know is that MMT proponents are like Jehovah’s witnesses, they even use the line “Have you heard about MMT?” and they start telling you that you NEED to learn it even if you’re not interested.
We are clearly a bit past the event horizon moment in all this and where we all end up is anyone’s guess…but things are getting to hot and spicy before it plays out. They will be totally new skills that were second nature to our ancestors, they learned all that stuff in childhood. The skills that are being taught in schools everywhere right now is how to live in a civilization based on high fossil fuel usage. Once that all changes, most everything learned in schools, from peers, and from tv – will be obsolete and useless. Forums like this will dissappear because people will be too busy struggling with other issues. Winning arguments or discussing crap on blog forums will be a thing of the past. We won’t have the spare time to waste hanging around in here arguing.

Even if Starbucks did make a decent espresso, cappucino, latte, etc., I long ago did the math and realized that I could have a cafe-quality semi-auto. machine and grinder sitting in my kitchen for about the same price as it would cost to get some kid at Starbucks or one of the many shitty hipster cafes around us to pull us one 4-5 days a week.
I have not regretted it, and it is rare that a coffee pulled in a cafe can compete with what we make at home.

An important question. With Nietzsche, he always came back to the individual. It’s his lodestar. His Superman was individuated, but he hinted that those so realized could have an organic collective that would approach a social good. In any event, it’s not where his vision was engaged (society).
Had Hitler been mentally healthy and very sly, he could have focused only on domestic issues and rode the wave of the economic recovery of Germany to make himself as popular as possible. Then as quietly as possible and with as much secrecy, Germany develops thermonuclear weapons and pushes the V2 rocket research and production teams to develop ever more powerful liquid fueled rockets. It was a crew of German rocket engineers that built the first vehicle that made it to space. In time, they could have built powerful enough rockets to place nuclear warheads onto any spot on the planet the Germans desired to hit. There would be no defense against them. Global nuclear blackmail carried out by a country about the size of the state of Montana.
That *could* have happened, but it didn’t because Hitler was a mentally ill psychopath and a medium who was basically just channeling a bunch of self destructive evil garbage. He wasn’t smart enough to understand all the technical and scientific resources the Germans had at the time. When they attacked the Jews they attacked some of the smartest and most capable scientists they had. Some of those scientists fled Germany and soon wound up working at Los Alamos on *our* atomic weapons.

Well, this is getting interesting. Years ago I had a book called “Diary of a Man in Despair”. It’s the diary of a Bavarian minor league aristocrat named von Reck something or other who eventually died in a concentration camp or was killed by the Nazis. He’d been too openly critical of the regime and got swatted by the Gestapo.
He was living in Munich during the turbulent Weimar Republic era, and Hitler was out there rabble rousing in the giant beerhalls. Beerhalls filled with angry unemployed men and bitter WWI veterans drinking junk beer.
In those days, herr Reck went about with a pistol in his pants because things were dangerous on the streets. One day while armed, Reck happened to encounter Hitler in a restaurant, and Hitler was without his usual retinue of thugs about him, sullenly sitting at a table by himself in the corner. Poor feller had problems with depression and suicidal thoughts, maybe last nite’s speech had gone badly or the communists had disrupted it.
Reck writes much later in his diary thinking about the incident. Sorta paraphrasing from memory of what I read, Reck wrote:
“I could easily have shot him, and had I known ahead of time of the years of suffering he was about to inflict on all of us – I would have shot him. But instead I mistook Hitler as being a clown or just a poor deluded fool, and I did not shoot.”
Reck may have even described Hitler as being a cartoon character, don’t have the book now.
Even if Hitler was assassinated in those early years, somebody like Heydrich would have stepped up to take his place. Heydrich was an even bigger Buster of Balls hardass than Hitler was.
That’s why when I read comments on different sites that call for Putins murder, I think “Be careful what you wish for.”

All of this vaxx toxicity would not be happening if one thing had happened, the injection model the mRNA folks handle us were true. This is the The Great Lie of the Vaxx.
Injection of the mRNA particle into the deltoid muscle means that all the body’s reactions will occur in the muscle and only a very tiny, maybe, part will escape into the bloodstream.
Anyone who has given IM injection knows this is total BS. Properly done, a back pull on the syringe checks that the needle tip is not in a blood vessel. Remember the vaxx assembly lines? How many of those IM shots were done properly to ensure no transfer of mRNA to the circulatory system happened?
Another look at a data point here. Muscles saturated with large amounts of blood vessels will logically have a greater chance of getting the mRNA directly into the bloodstream.

Had a bearded dragon I used to feed mealworms, crickets and when I could handle it pinkies dusted in calcium powder.
At one point I started farming them and allowing them to grow into beetles and then lay eggs had I a bit more room at the time I would have considered making a small business out of it.
They smelled pretty bad but ate scraps and the worm casings made great fertilizer.

Okra is a wonderful thing. Insanely productive! We have a 50-foot row of okra, and i’ve been struggling to keep up with it, as you have to pick the young pods at least every other day. (Every day would probably be better.) Yesterday’s picking netted me two quarts of frozen okra and three pints of pickled okra–and that’s after discarding all but the choicest of the okra pods–at least half of them. A few of the discards were added to the previous day’s corn chowder with shrimp. (Dump a bunch of broiled shrimp in with a can of Del Monte corn with peppers, and add some seasonings. Obviously, the shrimp is broiled in butter and olive oil with garlic and scallions, if you have them.)
Our tomatoes are now ripening very slowly, though we were drowning in ripe tomatoes for about three weeks. Now there are never enough all at one time to can, so they go in boxes in the freezer. I’ll can them after the okra and peppers slow down.
I found an online recipe for canning green tomatoes for frying. The trick to making good fried green tomatoes is to let them sit on the countertop until they begin to get a little color.
The plan for today is to can roasted poblanos and preserve the Hungarian Hot Wax Peppers in olive oil with garlic and basil. Roasting peppers is a lot of trouble, but totally worth it.
My okra got too big but it turns out that the seeds are as good for you as crickets, so I pressure cooked the pods and added the seeds to various meals They are pretty tasty.

Okra pods always get too big too fast to keep up with them. I snip off the ones that have grown to the size of cow horns and harvest the young pods. I figure that snipping off the big ones encourages more production, as with dead-heading flowers. There are always new young pods in with the big old stringy ones.
I think I harvested somewhere between five and ten pounds of poblanos today, and we only have about six poblano plants–which were falling over from the weight of the peppers. I was planning to go back out to the garden later to pick the jalapenos, but life got in the way. I’ll probably be roasting and canning poblanos all day tomorrow.
The okra seeds remind me of pine nuts, which I have only eaten a few times, as they are expensive as hell.
