Dolly Parton, 77, wows in Dallas Cowboys cheerleading outfit for Thanksgiving halftime performance

Dolly, please don’t take our man.

Dolly Parton dazzled the crowd as she dressed as a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader for her halftime performance during the NFL team’s game against the Washington Commanders Thursday.

The country icon, 77, rocked a low-cut crop top with a blue-and-white vest and skimpy white denim shorts paired with a bedazzled catsuit underneath.

Fans reacted to the singer’s jaw-dropping look on social media, with one user calling Parton a “national treasure.”

“Dolly Parton is 77 and hotter than me,” another tweeted.

“Damn…….#DollyParton looks better than the real #DallasCowboys Cheerleaders,” a third wrote, while another added, “Hell yeah #DollyParton 77 years and smokin’.”

The country music legend — who recently released a new album — performed some of her hit tracks such as “9 to 5” and “Jolene,” while also belting out covers like “We Are the Champions” and “We Will Rock You.”

Parton has a long history of making bold fashion statements, even before she became famous.

In an October interview with the Guardian, the music hitmaker revealed that she based her iconic over-the-top looks off of the “town tramp,” a local woman who wore high heels and tight skirts.

“She was flamboyant. She had bright red lipstick, long red fingernails,” Parton told the outlet.

“She had high-heeled shoes, little floating plastic goldfish in the heels of them, short skirts, low-cut tops, and I just thought she was beautiful.”

When people would say, ‘She ain’t nothing but trash,’ I would always say, ‘Well, that’s what I’m gonna be when I grow up,” she added.

However, the legendary songstress recalled how her preacher grandfather wasn’t thrilled about her appearance and would sometimes physically punish her for the risqué ensembles.

“I was willing to pay for it,” Parton stated.

“I’m very sensitive, I didn’t like being disciplined – it hurt my feelings so bad to be scolded or whipped or whatever. But sometimes there’s just that part of you that’s willing, if you want something bad enough, to go for it.”

After decades of keeping her look proudly flamboyant and loud, Parton said that she has “always been true to [herself].”
