Former beauty queen and actress Disha Patani's steadfast devotion to her fitness program cannot be overstated. Her muscular and toned body tells this well. From her trademark flying kicks to somersaults, Disha makes it look easy. Disha has resumed her fitness regimen following two consecutive dancing sessions.

Disha, a real fitness legend, shared a video of herself performing her iconic backflip to beat the Monday blues. It would be fair to say that she channeled her inner "ninja" wonderfully for this one. Disha, dressed in an enormous white T-shirt and pink shorts, started with a cartwheel and then seamlessly transitioned to a backflip. Acing backflips is an excellent method to keep your body balanced and flexible.

It increases your power and strengthens your abdominals. Cartwheels, on the other hand, increase blood flow in your body and aid to strengthen bones such as your arms, wrists, shoulders, and back. Disha disclosed in the caption that she was being coached by Nadeem Akhtar, a Bollywood action trainer. Sharing the video, she wrote, "Training after ages @nadeemakhtarparkour88 coach ninja."
