Return Policy 

Customers have 30 days from the delivery of an online order to return an Anthropologie order. UK returns via post and in-store returns are free. Just use the online portal to initiate the return process and generate your pre-paid label or QR code.

Financing 

Anthropologie offers customers two financing options to save more at checkout. If you select Klarna, you can pay the entire order at any point within 30 days of purchase, or you can divide your order total into three equal instalments. You’ll owe the first upfront, and the next two payments are to be made 30 and 60 days after purchase, respectively. 

If you choose Clearpay, your purchase will be divided into four instalments to be made fortnightly. You’ll owe the first when checking out. Both Klarna and Clearpay are free and do not charge interest or fees if you make all payments in full and on time. 

Gift Cards

Save time when shopping for gifts for others and purchase a gift card from Anthropologie. Both physical and digital gift cards are available in preset amounts from £25 to £500. Choose among multiple designs and enter the recipient’s info. Then select immediate or future delivery, and you’ll be all set!

House & Home Trade Programme  

Architects, interior designers, and decorating professionals can apply for membership to the House & Home Trade Programme to receive an Anthropologie discount of 20% on all full-priced home merchandise with no minimum spend required. 

Once accepted into the programme, your membership will remain active for 24 months. There is no cost to join, but you will need to provide verification of professional credentials when you apply.
