    i am very very happy the dress is like in the description, like the real photos of the video and the photos of other comments. it is beautiful and the quality is good regarding the price it cost. i was very afraid that it was poor quality but fortunately it was not. it was a bit big because i asked for one more size because i was not sure if i met the sizes but apparently if they are correct so i recommend ordering your size. the sellers contacted me at the time of the sale to ask the day of the event and thus send it on time. well packed wine, folded backwards to avoid damage to the dress, the lining is thick so it is not seen through. the shipping process was a bit agonizing as they sent on the deadline day and arrived a day after the date indicated and for a bride-to-be it is sometimes chaotic🤭but it was worth it. i am very very happy.

    This seller is not trustworthy the same as a website itself. I received a damaged dress ( the side was not sewed together and the bottom was not stitched). I requested to resend it but it took so long that missed my wedding day. The seller did not want to refund my money and took me several weeks in negotiations between a seller and DH gate system. In the end, I had to buy a dress from the local store, the money were not refunded and the seller and the customer support were useless. Will never be buying from this store or this website ever again. Such a scam. Edit: The seller offered to refund my money if I delete my bad review. The moment I deleted it, the seller changed his mind and didn't refund my money. Just waste of time on this seller and a website. No respect to the customer and bunch of lies in every conversation. Deleting this app and will not be using it again.
