Well, I just read about them in Revolver Magazine and didn't know when it was coming out but, I went to my favorite record store in Nashville and there it was!! Dirtbag is a great debut album with a sound combination of Soundgarden, Led Zep, POD, Korn, and just plain rockin metal! I'm so glad that they stepped out and did this band but, I have to say the mixing and mastering on the first half of the record needs some work even though I knew they were going for a raw sound like the early Anthrax days! Other than that my favorites are Cyclone, Don't Get It Twisted, They All Had Their Hands Up, Trepidation, and Street Metal!! Thanks guys. Peace & Love J-Hollis
I too never heard stillwell until i saw them with korn/disturbed. They were incredible!!I couldn't wait for this album i wish they would of released it sooner but oh well, if you like good music... Buy this album!!!
Horrible... Horrible... Seriously buy earplugs before attepting to listen to this. The "Singer" should stick to rapping and stop screeching over this generic music. Instrumentally... Bad. Guitar= Ehh, Bass= Decent, Drums= Generic, Vocals= loss of hearing and will to live. What else is there to say? The album sucks... end of story.
I will keep this short...don't waste your money...take a listen to the preview of each track and you will understand why I say pass on this...Fieldy...stay with Korn where you belong...
Well, this was an unexpected roller coaster of an album. From the get go your hit with one hell of an opener with "On & Poppin" and the ride just keeps on going. Mr Yellow #5 should be a rock n roll classic from here on in, the riffs are rude and the vocals nice n aggressive. Towards the end we even get some full on hip-hop meets rock tracks and they don't even sound out of place either. I can't recommend this beast of an album any more than i have already, Nothing the genre hasn't given us before, but it's how it's done that's the deal breaker here.
KoRnのボーカル、ジョナサンはJONATHAN DAVIS & THE SFAなど、ギターのマンキィはFEAR AND THE NERVOUS SYSTEMなど、そしてベースのフィールディは過去にFIELDY'S DREAMS。
