I enjoy the user-friendly platform from Crexi and the amount of data they have on properties across the country. One of the best features when comparing Crexi to competitors is the price-point for what they are offering their services at. They are not trying to price gouge their clients and appreciate that as a multi-business owner. The one thing I have found when using Crexi is that some of the information that I use the most for my business can be inaccurate at times. I also wish they had a sales pipeline feature for Sales Comps and not only properties for lease or sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the only thing we dislike about Crexi is that it doesn't have the consumer presence that Loopnet and Costar have. Fo rthe most part we see Brokers, national corporations, and Investors being the most prominent users of Crexi. I wish that Crexi would invest more in marketing to the masses and focus on brand awareness so that the average consumer would use Crexi as their go-to instead of Loopnet. Crexi completely changed our business model ever since we integrated with Crexi over 2 years ago. We widely use many features that Crexi has to offer: 1) listing platform is awesome: very easy to use, informative and esthetically appealing; 2) Crexi Fuse web page integration that shows all our listings on our website that is synchronized with Crexi listing platform; 3) lead generation tool that displays prospects names, phone number and email addresses; 4) data and statistics that shows traffic and activity for each listing; 5) email marketing campaigns that we use to send out emails promoting our listings to thousands of potential buyers and investors. We are so grateful that Crexi was able to create such a wonderful platform that makes the job of a commercial real estate broker very efficient, productive, and stress-free. Special thanks to our Crexi representative Chris Stein who is very professional, provides wonderful services and responds to our marketing needs in a timely manner with follow-up to make sure we are completely satisfied. The platform is easy to use, great data and the ability to get help when I need it is incredible. They are constantly making improvements and adding features and I pay the same price, whether I have 10 listings or 100 listings. CREXI Pro provides an all-in-one platform where listings promotion is integrated broad spectrum, but most especially, it allows research to gain those listings and relationships made through parcel contact data to reach prospects. Integrated CRM and results provided, including contact data from those who look at an opportunity, are essential to closing the circle. It is time management in one arena. There are no downsides to utilizing CREXI Pro, as it is my go-to source. The only aspect that I would envision being added to the equation longer term would be a property underwriting platform via reports delivered on a granular basis. Being completely honest, the only thing I would say, I dislike about it is that I forget my password consistently 🤷♂️ I have no negative or even constructive criticism that I could say. I don't know just to add different personalizations have theme colors to customize your ability to customize your own landing page. Kind of like what KW or Homesnap does. It is a significantly higher price than LoopNet. I had trouble scrolling when uploading my listing photos. Sometimes if I clicked a photo to view it in my listing it would start me at the beginning or a couple spaces before the image I clicked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Crexi is easy to post listings on and reaches the Commercial real estate community. I appreciate the way they aggregate leads for your listings and classify their level of interest by indicating if they opened docs, viewed the listing, etc. I also like that you can search and filter leads by zip code, area, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
