Too many repairs had to be done after I moved into my apartment. The first property I was moving to in the company took pass the 14 days to notify Rhino that I was not living there. Therefore I did not get all of my money back. Someone in accounting couldn't get the numbers right for transferring funds to the next property. The second property manager insulted my intelligence . They later apologized about the inconvenience of a dirty apartment that was promised to be clean during move in. A month has past and I still have a stinking dishwasher among other broken things.

This complaint is in reference to the apartments Cambria at Cornerstone in Virginia Beach, VA. I have lived here with virtually no issues aside from not being able to get in contact with the office staff. Upon move out I received a fraudulent and inaccurate bill for pet damages when there was no pet in the home and carpets were not replaced prior to move in. I tried to dispute this issue via email and phone call and there was no answer.. all during Covid 19. The apartments however did forward my files to corporate and then a collection agency by the name of Results unlimited without trying to contact me. This all happened within 30 days with no communication from staff or anyone. I have emailed the apartment complex pictures of the apartments condition upon move out as proof with no signs of damages anywhere with no reply. The collection agency as well has not been able to supply me with any reason for these fraudulent charges and tells me I need to pay for legal fees if I choose to dispute this. It is not my job to prove the inaccuracies or have to pay legal fees to get an answer. This is poor customer service and a shame that this is how we treat people, military personnel and disabled veterans.All this during Covid 19 when people are unemployed to add fraudulent charges In order to get some money from

The worst rental agency to ever work with. It takes forever for them to call you back but when they want something right away they expect it to be done right then and there. Don't EVER rent rent from them 3 years later and I'm still dealing with BS! I shouldn't have to call and curse someone out to get a phone call! If looking to rent with them DONT!
