My haircut is fabulous. Claudia knows what she's doing and loves what she does. My daughter recommended her, so I gave her a try. I'm returning to Claudia for my haircuts from now on.

Claudia does an extraordinary job!! She leaves my hair looking exactly how I picture and makes me feel so beautiful every time I leave her salon. I would recommend her to anyone a million times over she is very talented and good at what she does. Previously I had never had a hair cut I liked until I found her! I left her salon with a huge smile on my face. Besides that her salon is very cute and the music selection is awesome!

So I made an appointment with the owner who I believe is Claudia ... I showed up 15 mins early because I did read reviews stating clients not being seen for being 5 min late. I waited over 20 minutes even called and left a voicemail. No one ever showed up or returned my phone call !!!

It's ok, very expensive $150.00 for hair tinted. with highlights a trim and blow dry; and she asked for a tip. I will not be returning.

I booked an appointment, and they cancelled it. They texted me off of a personal phone to cancel and every time I try to reschedule, they say the technician is not available. After over a week of me calling multiple times a day, I get a hold of her and she says she doesn't know what her calendar looks like, so she will call me back. She then texted me 8 hours later saying she has no availability. If this is the service I receive to book the appointment, I definitely do not what her anywhere near my face.

This review is for Sandra who does waxing, she is absolutely the best in Chicago! First and most importantly, not all wax is created equal, and she uses high quality wax which is less painful and gets everything. She also uses techniques to make it hurt less, which is super helpful. She is also very very experienced, I've seen her for over a year and it seems like she's been waxing a long time. And best of all, she is super friendly, you don't feel weird or awkward, you just chit-chat and before you know it you're all done. She is the person to see for Brazilians!!!

I went to Sandra for a Brazilian Wax (I'm a first timer) and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Before I knew it we were done! I already booked my next session with her. There is no need to go anywhere else for a Brazilian.

As a guy I shy away from salons, but this turned out to be a great place for a haircut. Victor did a nice job at a reasonable price.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! As soon as you walk in you feel at home. The staff is incredibly friendly! Fernando did my hair and i have vowed to stay loyal to him because i am in LOVE!! takes his time, makes sure your expectations are met all while pitching his professional opinion. Two thumbs up to Claudia and her staff...Fernando, i will be seeing you again very soon! :)

What a great experience Claudia, cut and highlighted my hair and she did an amazing job. I was so happy I highly recommend this place they definitely know what they are doing. Also the customer service is great you will not be disappointed.
