Not great. I was short one item from my order, took multiple emails and calls to get it. They kept asking me to double check the box (it was a door panel bottom, not that small of an item) so it felt like their default position was that I was lying.

Hinges didn't fit at all. I tried everything. Finally, I sent them back (shipping was on me). Took several months and multiple emails before they responded saying the hinges looked fine to them..... So I'm stuck paying for shipping and restocking fee. I won't say that I will never use this company again, but I will try others first. This place needs some help.

Putting together my 1955 Chevy 3100 Pickup, and they have all the replacement parts that I need to get my restoration job done. Never failed to not have what I need.

They will claim you tried to install even if you have not. Never even opened the box. They try every way to steal your money. Use another place.

I was hesitating after reading all the bad reviews but I decided to give them a chance well I got everything I order everything seems to be good quality and very happy with my order I also got all of my parts delivered only 3 days after my order was placed very fast shipping I would buy from them again

These people are disappointing. Shipped me the bed wood for the wrong truck. Then wouldn't fix the problem. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from them. Yet they won't post my reviews when they aren't flattering. Most of their parts are cheap Chinese junk. I'm finally fed up after 20 years of loyalty to this company. Shop elsewhere. Pay the $5-$10 extra for the parts. This company does not deserve your money.

We needed 3 door pull strap chrome ends for a square body project.
Classic Parts had items in stock(so the website said). While ordering and entering information for shipping we received a quote that we found fair.
So we ordered the parts.
It took 2 weeks for someone to respond to us. A customer service rep. sent to us shipping quotes for parts we ordered. ???? WHY? What is the point of having a section on ordering page for a shipping charges when they are not valid?
Anyway, shipping charges we received were waaay too expensive(3 to 5 times original quote) for 3 small plastic caps.
So we decided we don't want to go ahead and email to Classic Parts about it.
We ended up buying the same parts on A***N. It was cheaper and arrived within 10 days since the day it was ordered.
More then 1 month!!! after we emailed about cancellation of our order, customer service rep. contacted us that our order was canceled. Hmm...OK...Good timing. 1 month!
About 2 hours later!!!, we received another email from a different rep. saying that our order is prepared for shipment!!!
So we replied to this email that our order was CANCELED. HELLO???!!!
We received ANOTHER email from ANOTHER rep.(4 of them already dealt with our order) After some heated discussion, we agreed that order was in fact canceled and hopefully that would be the end of it.
So long story short.
Classic Parts' customer service is non existent. Many different reps. are working on the same order and have no clue what is going on with it. It's like their software is malfunctioning or something. They confuse each other and get to the situation when people are getting really pissed off. To be fair, reps are polite and try to stay polite despite heated conversations. I'll give them that.
So from now on - NO MORE CLASSIC PARTS. Thanks but NO THANKS.

Most products don't arrive as described. Watch out. They will persist that they have no fault. I've bought about 50 items and anything larger than a spring I've had an issue with.
I had some items backordered. I found what I wanted at other supplier. I cancelled what I thought I had open and asked if I had any other open orders. They said no. Then they sent a backordered product to wrong address. The product was $8 and total bill of $20. They argued with me for half an hour on phone. They went back and looked at emails I referenced. They went back and listen to recorded call. They said that I did give them the correct address at time of order, but when I made subsequent online order it reset my shipping address to my billing address in a different state. Still didn't want to give me refund even though they had recorded conversation proving that I said correct shipping address.

Bought this interior firewall cover from ClassicParts and they claim they have sold 50+ this year and never had a problem with fit. You can clearly see it is miscut. One section has 2 inches too much material, another section is missing 2 inches. Even after I sent photos, they don't see issue. I sent email to manufacturer with same photos and they say there is an issue.

Bought this fuel filter from ClassicParts and they claim that missing hardware is result of manufacturer making change. So, even though it says "Not Furnished" for C and D, hardware really not furnished for A or B either.

Bought this master cylinder adapter from ClassicParts. Yes, directions say 5 lock washers, as you can see in photo, it only comes with one. Their response, not their fault. Go out an buy more hardware.

Bought these spark plug wires from ClassicParts. Photo clearly shows 4 lengths for engine compartment tidiness. They arrive in 3 lengths. When I called they said online photo is "optical illusion".

Great merchant. Part I ordered was exactly as advertised and shipped on time and well-packaged. Highly recommended.

I've been generally happy with the parts and service over the last couple of years. I'm fixing up a '69 Chevy C10. Went in recently for a radio antenna assembly. My non current catalog said price of $39.95. I was prepared to pay that amount. But a newer catalog at the shop said $47.95. OK, prices do go up. I was going to pay the $47.95. But no, the price had gone up to $64.95, so it said on the computer. I didn't buy.

Bought the part I needed for my Chevy truck, comes with no hardware and they don't have the ability to tell you the thread pitch you need. Now extra time to find a nut instead of fixing vehicle. Horrible service
