Message from the Chief

Our employees are committed to providing the absolute best customer service in everything we do, even when the toughest of situations make that difficult. We train our officers to 'treat others as they would have their families treated; police behavior rather than people; and try to do good with every action.' We welcome your suggestions, compliments, and complaints and will do all we can to learn from our mistakes and help others understand a law enforcement officer's perspective.

Our core values and principles aren't just words on a wall - they guide our conduct and decisions; we accept nothing less. If at any time you have questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact our office at 828-757-2100.

- Chief Brent Phelps
