- A young woman named Lisa is treated for a bacterial infection with IV antibiotics. After her suspicious behavior raises red flags, Dr. Charles, Dr. Choi and April find out she is actually a woman named Kelly Bissett who disappeared as a child;
- A man named Ruben Esquivel is treated for heart failure. After initial disagreement with the patient's daughter, Dr. Halstead enrolls him in his new clinical trial, and his condition improves;
- A paramedic named Megan is treated for a stab wound to the right flank;
- A woman with incoherent symptoms named Ms. Webb is treated via video call. After multiple calls she reveals that she is not actually suffering from any of the symptoms she mentioned and instead called the hospital because she felt lonely due to being isolated at home.
