Predicting the starting and ending date of each Fortnite season is quite simple because Epic Games standardized their duration to about 10-12 weeks, and they even show the exact end date on their website.

Season 2
The current season of Fortnite Battle Royale now ends on Friday June 9 @ 2 AM ET, a few days later than previously scheduled.
Season 1
Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 4 is here! With the release of the new Chapter, Fortnite Battle Royale now makes use of Unreal Engine 5’s newest, most innovative features, via Unreal Engine 5.1.
Chapter 2
Season 1
To prepare for all the new holiday-themed updates, we will be extending Chapter 2’s first season into early February.
Beginning with the release of the 11.50 update in early February, Fortnite will be moving to Unreal Engine’s Chaos physics system. Chapter 2 Season 2 is now expected to launch Thursday, February 20.
Season 2
We are extending Chapter 2 Season 2 of Fortnite beyond the original April 30 date. Our plan is to launch Chapter 2 Season 3 on June 4th.
In an effort to get everything ready for Chapter 2 - Season 3, we’re extending Season 2 by one week. The new launch day of Season 3 will be Thursday, June 11.
The live event The Device will be delayed to Monday, June 15, and the Season 3 launch delayed to Wednesday, June 17.
Season 3
Season 3 is the shorter one so far in Chapter 2 with a duration of only 71 days.
Season 4
Season 4 end date delayed from November 30th to December 2nd because of the Fortnite Galactus event.
