Cedric The Entertainer was a guest on today’s episode of NBA Unplugged. Host and fellow comedian Kevin Hart asked him if stories of his gambling days with some NBA greats were true. He replied saying;

I was definitely in Vegas with MJ and Charles Barkley. I'm at the roulette table with Charles, he doing good. He up like $600k. MJ walks in, grab a bunch of Charles' chips and walk off. He started playing blackjack. Came back about 30 minutes later, gave him all his chips 'I'm up $300K over here man, I'm good.'. I was like 'Wow'.

The entire scenario shows that Barkley and Jordan were pretty good at the gambling tables. Cedric The Entertainer confirmed that he was just a spectator to all of their winnings, even though he played alongside them.

This further confirms the fact that the two basketball greats were not only addicted to gambling but also had a hilarious interaction at the tables. So far, the basketball world only knew bits and pieces of information surrounding how competitive they were in gambling.

NBA regular season winding down in style

The last time Kevin Hart hosted NBA Unplugged was during the In Season Tournament Finals. The league brought him back to host the episodes of the final games of the regular season. Tonight, it was the game between the Dallas Mavericks and the Miami Heat, a pivotal game that could have had a huge impact on the standings of either conference.

To make the most of the occasion, Hart had All-Star Jalen Brunson, former WNBA All-Star Chiney Ogwumike, as well as NBA Champions Dirk Nowitzki and Shawn Marion as guests. Hart even made Nowitzki react hilariously to Luka Doncic‘s achievements with the Dallas Mavericks.

He brought in his close friend Cedric The Entertainer to throw some comic relief into the coverage. And did he did that brilliantly by revealing how hilarious some of the greats of the sport were.
