Cash Liquidity Amount definition

Cash Liquidity Amount means, at any time, the amount of funds, if any, set aside by RCFC in the Series 2006-1 Excess Funding Account as all or a portion of the Minimum Liquidity Amount at such time.
Cash Liquidity Amount means, at any time, the amount of funds, if any, set aside by the Issuer in the Series 2001-2 Excess Funding Account as all or a portion of the Minimum Liquidity Amount at such time.
Cash Liquidity Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of the Liquidity Amount at such time over the Series 1999-1 Letter of Credit Amount at such time; provided that after the occurrence and during the continuance of any Insolvency Period, the Cash Liquidity Amount shall be $0.

  • Class B Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Class A Principal Parity Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (I) the excess, if any, of (x) the aggregate remaining principal balance of the Class A Notes immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the Pool Balance as of the end of the immediately preceding Collection Period and (II) the amount of Total Available Funds remaining on deposit in the Collection Account after the funding of the items described in clauses (i) through (iii) of Section 5.7(a) on such Distribution Date.
