Actinic keratosis?

The past few months I have had these weird patches of skin/rash areas show up on my shoulders. I have searched high and low and not really seeing anything that really resembles what I am having symptoms of. They are appearing at an alarming rate all within the past few months. They don’t really itch too much, they feel raised and will sort of flake off the outer crust. I will be making an appointment to see a doctor here soon. I am 47 and grew up in Arizona with very fair skin. My mom has had quite a few skin cancers removed as well.

No idea what they are and just looking for some thoughts from anyone as to what they could possibly be.
