The app is fine, EXCEPT for every so often it tells you your session has expired and then you need to logon again using your email and full password and then go through the whole setup process again, creating a 4 pin code and re-enable fingerprint. It is so annoying! Also, if you're away from home, you can't log in to change your kids WiFi settings, because you're not connected to the home WiFi- stupid logic.

Speedtest has stopped working. I have used this app since moving to BT on Feb 23. The speed test has worked perfectly until recently. I'm not sure if an update has been installed recently, and this may be the problem. The test gets to 31%, then stops, and a message appears on the screen suggesting I restart my hub. This has no effect. Message 'we're sorry, something went wrong'

Useless. The one single use this app has for me is paying my bill, but it constantly tells me you're having "technical issues." I'm pretty sure you won't be having any bloody technical issues preventing you from hounding me if I miss a payment. Yes, payments work on the website, had to do that the last two months in a row.
