I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I was fresh out college, new to the OH, only had enough money for 1 apartment application, and 1 day to find the perfect apartment. The ladies in the office gave me so much information about the area and were so honest, even recommended other places to me. But I ended up back there. I ended up signing a place going off their word and a floor plan. The owner wasn’t in town and I only had that day to find something. Fast forward to moving in and I LOVED IT!!!! It was so much space!! Like every room! The property was always nice and they shoveled in the winter. Only time I called maintenance was for a thermostat issue but they came the next day. Beautiful & clean place with nice people.

I lived in Versailles Gardens from April 2010 to November 2011… and let me just say that I miss this place a lot. The apartments were cozy, with great roommate style floor plans. Sound was never an issue, and my neighbors were friendly and helpful. The lawn was well manicured, and snow removal was prompt and effective. Management was always very nice. It was a breeze getting into and out of the lease. Most of all, I loved the price I was paying!! Rent was cheap, even for N. Canton. Utilities were a bargain!! My most expensive gas bill was $80/mo in winter and in summer when I keep the AC at 68 degrees the most I paid was $100. It was amazing really. I highly recommend this complex to anybody. Great location, great neighbors, and great price. If I ever live in Canton again, I will be sure to check out Versailles Gardens.
