App is such a step backwards compared to the previous one. Only shows gas usage, doesnt have an option to view the electricity. Why have an updated, new and improved app which is actually worse then the last one? The previous app you could see active graphs on your usage and break it down by day, week, month or yearly. The point in having the app is so you can check exactly what you need to, when you need to. Seriously disappointing for a company of this size.

Awful "upgrade" on the old app. Old app use to give you a nice graph so you could compare usage over the year. This is no longer available; imagine moving people to a new app with less features. Everything from the previous app should have been available day one before moving people over. EDIT: Third month in a row where I submit a meter reading and it doesn't show. Absolutely awful app that is not fit for purpose

Downgrade from previous app. The previous app was amazing and i could see the cost per day for both electricity and gas. Switching between the 2 energy services was easy. Now switching between the 2 requires extra clicks, i dont have usage for gas and the usage graph for electricity is not as easy as the previous app. Historic data has dissapeared. Wonder what happened. User experience has dropped compared to before
