Another little experiment, I wanted to see that this software is capable of offering a combat system THAT DOES NOT HAVE TO DO WITH SHOOTING OR JUMPING ON THE ENEMY.

and it worked!

I learned a lot, I did a lot of things wrong but along the way I learned too much and without a doubt I will try this again with more advanced events and variables.

because I only use two global variables but now I have learned how valuable and useful they are, learn to use all variables because they are a game changer.

  • the boss one shots me is that supposed to happen?

    • yhea.

      I nerfed him so he wouldn't do it often but if he catches you with the first attack completely and attacks you again, you are taking full damage from all his attack frames.it's rare that boss catches you often

      you just have to take your distance, walking is enough to get away from him and you can attack him while he is in his second attack animation

      also, this secon atack is completely random, if he is chasing you in any direction, there is a chance he will make his second attack at any time,luckily the range of your sword is enough to keep it at a distance and it won't catch you.

      I'm sorry, the fight it might seem complex, but it was a boss fight and I wanted it to be as complex as a final boss can be.

      If you think the difficulty is a bit high

      I could give him less attack frames.
