Another perfect day at my “happy place”. It started with Yair, who set me up with my beach chair, etc. He was friendly, courteous and checked back often to make sure all my needs were met. Steve, my server, never missed a beat, making sure I got food and drinks as soon as I needed them. And Derek, the manager, also made sure that all my needs were met and that I enjoyed my day at the beach. Especially on a holiday weekend, it was great to have been served by a team that were all attentive, friendly and professional.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a birthday celebration after spending 4 nights before at the Waldorf Astoria Bonnet Creek at DISNEYWORLD (great service hotel!) and we were expecting the same service level here at the Boca Beach Club. This is a very pricey hotel on the end of a beach with a smallish Lobby that is also the restaurant and bar areas . When we arrived , our room was ready . I asked for a free room upgrade and was given a view of the top back parking lot and Bay Area with a teeny tiny minimal side view of the ocean . This hotel is ALL valet parking which is fine if you don’t mind waiting for your car during peak times on weekends . Our room was interestingly laid out , with comfortable beds , and bathroom was great with walk in shower and soaking tub . There was a nice storage closet area with a safe but the outer padded door was ripped . But still served its purpose . There was a small refrigerator stocked with items available for purchase which we needed to take out to make space for our water bottles . Room had a small desk counter area with a chair and another chair for lounging . This hotel which is on the beach also has a sister hotel across the waterway that is not on the beach and offers a complimentary boat or shuttle bus between the two properties . Great , until the hordes of guests from the sister hotel come over to use the beach and the pools . The pools can become very crowded and very difficult to find a lounge chair . Then one day during our stay , there was a private event at the pool and it closed early . The daily room cleaning service was very slow and we came back to our room some days at 5pm and our room was still not made up . Another day , our key card didn’t work and we had to go all the way down to front desk to get it done fixed and then a family with small kids accidentally walked into our room using their key card . Strange . Overall it’s a nice hotel, service could be better and more attentive for the price of this hotel . I’d probably go back again for a cheaper room rate in shoulder season when kids are in school .

We stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas 2019. This is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel/resort. The original room we were given was in the Cloister building on the 1st floor. It was rather small and very dark with little natural light. On the second day we were moved to a Hilton Honors floor and the room was much nicer and brighter. The main pool in the resort is beautifully located adjacent to the inter coastal waterway. The pool itself it very average and when we were there it was a bit of a hassle to find sun loungers and keep them during the day. We found the service very average and some of the staff to be a little uninterested/arrogant. We spent a lot of time waiting in the room when we requested extra towels etc. The on site cafe Serendipity sells some food and convenience items and is insanely expensive. The hotel has a very nice free boat service to the beach club as well as a regular shuttle. All in all we were a little disappointed with this property.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Boca Beach club for the weekend. Rooms are large, TV is largest I’ve seen in any hotel room, bathrooms are also very roomy. Love the extras they provide like robes. Food was fabulous from breakfast to appetizers and drinks in the Lobby Lounge. Live music inside and out was very nice. Of course the location cannot be beat. Right on the ocean with a nice wide sandy beach. Also appreciate that poolside chairs must be reserved and towels given out when you check in vs a free for all at other resorts. Multiple snack bars, drinks available all around the pools. Adult pool was a nice option. We’ll be back

We arrived on Thursday, July 2nd. Our rooms weren't ready but we were quite early so that was okay. Eric at the front desk was thorough with Covid protocol & really informative, very nice gentleman. We went to the Beach Bar for lunch & couldn't have been welcomed in a more friendly way by Metin our server, such a bubbly personality! We had a fantastic lunch! A short time later our room was ready & what a view overlooking the pools & ocean. Our room was spotless & really nice. We chose to opt out of daily room cleaning, on day 2 of the stay we arrived back to our room to find a sealed container with fresh towels, bottled water, TP & a pack of disinfectant wipes! Very nice touch. Customer service at this property is the #1 priority & it shows. The food & presentation was impressive, drinks were very tasty too. Also a shout out to Susan at the pool & to our poolside buddy Collins. We felt completely pampered by all. General Manager, John Carns & his team made this a trip that we thoroughly enjoyed & we will be back.

boca beach is maintained beautifully , with spacious ocean view rooms, excellent customers service and each staff member truly values their customers. Great for a family vacation to enjoy the pools, beach, easy access to all types of food and drink and enjoy being pampered. During peak travel times the cost is extremely high but if you're OK with a sumptuous $40 Buffett breakfast and poolside lunches with cocktail for 2 at $100 you will have a fabulous vacation

Beach here is beautiful! Finally got out there and the first one to greet us was so helpful moving our chairs into the sun and also set up every chair with two towels so nicely. And then we met Anthony our beach bar/food server who just took it to a new level!! He was so friendly and sweet and so accommodating!! We never felt like we were bothering him or asking too much. It was cold and he happily brought us extra towels. Brought drinks, and food that we didn’t think were available he went out of his way to bring us. One of us left a phone at the beach by accident he even tracked us down to return. I am not a big reviewer but he went so out of his way to make our stay enjoyable I felt like letting everyone know how wonderful. Go to the beach and look for ANTHONY! Total sweetheart

Spent Valentine's weekend on the resort. I initially had high expectations due to the Waldorf Astoria name and the reviews online but our experience as Diamond status members was mediocre. Upon Check-In Michael at the front desk did not even recognize our status and told us that although we were initially upgraded to an Ocean View room, they didn't have the same room available the second night so he couldn't accomodate the upgrade for both nights. I understood this. However, after we arrived to the standard room, I was extremely underwhelmed by the room we were given. It had absolutely no privacy due to being right by the upper floor of the parking lot, everyone who passed by there could literally look inside your room. It was also a disability room with roll in shower, no touch of luxury at all. We went back to the front desk and asked for another room, which we were begrudgingly given. I feel like this could have absolutely been avoided if we were given a better room from the very beginning. They didn't care about Diamond status one bit. The benefits/perks for Diamond were very mediocre, as all you get is a $15 per person voucher daily which is barely enough to have breakfast, for which the charge $25 or $35 for the buffet, and two free water bottles. The whole weekend was raining, which is obviously outside the control of the hotel. However, I didn't see any of the scheduled activities being modified to make up for the bad weather. Yoga, which is always outside on the main resort, could have easily been performed inside the resort somewhere, instead of completely cancelled. The rooms themselves were "nice", but nothing else to rave about. The service outside of the front desk were all very nice and attentive. The staff were all hard-working, no complains about that. Food at the restaurants was very good as well. Nothing to complain about there.

My family and I just enjoyed a five night stay at the Boca Beach Club. We'd stayed at the resort pre-COVID and this stay was just as good. Things had been thoughtfully modified for safety's safe, including mask wearing and stricter cleaner protocols, but no change impacted our enjoyment. Some things had improved. The food quality was better than it was 18 months ago. Delicious breakfasts with a lot of interesting variety and really tasty lunch choices. We had housekeeping options, including regular full service, which is very welcome at a beach resort. Shouts out to Eduardo at the beach, who was a delightful server and very attentive, and to Nike, whose warm meal service made us want to try Lucca at the big resort. With a daughter at nearby Lynn U., we'll be back.

We stayed at the Resort the two nights prior to arriving at the Beach Club, while my boyfriend attended a conference. After a miscommunication about a late checkout to accommodate us until a room was ready at the Beach Club at the Resort, we took the shuttle over to the Beach Club, and found our room was not ready. We left our phone number with the Front Desk who said that they would call when the room was ready, and also told them we would be working in the lobby. The lobby itself was beautiful (the water feature as you walk in, overlooking the ocean is stunning); however, not the most comfortable for doing work. Three hours later, we went to check with the Front Desk about the room and found that it was ready. We received a room overlooking the pool and ocean, which was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. We attempted to have dinner outside at the Ocean Bar, however, we were unable to get service- there was a large group of people inside that appeared to be more important. After sitting outside for approx. 20 mins, a server did come out and take care of another couple who had just finished their meal and handed us menus. After waiting another 15 minutes, we ended up walking to a restaurant outside of the resort to eat. We ended up going back to the Resort and taking a shuttle back (due to a few member’s kids, the ride was quite unenjoyable. The shuttle driver did his best to ensure we had a good experience, regardless of the kid’s behavior). We had breakfast at SeaGrille and enjoyed all of the options available. It was a relaxing breakfast, with great service. We then spent the day at the beach. The beach was well maintained and the servers were attentive. Chairs were very close together and not the most relaxing experience. We later sat by the pool and grabbed lunch at the small take and go outlet near the pool. We went back to the Ocean Bar and were successful in eating dinner there. We had breakfast at SeaGrille again, on the morning we were leaving. It was a completely different experience from the day before. After waiting for a table, we agreed to share a 4 top with another couple so we could both get seated sooner. I was very impressed to see that the restaurant had called for assistance from other f+b outlets around the property, it was clear that they had all been cross-trained and were all working seamlessly together to get everyone served and food stocked. On our way out, we saw Alan, the bell/valet. We had met him when we first arrived at the property. Not only did he remember us, but we picked up our conversation right where we left off 2 days ago, after he asked about our stay. He is a huge asset to your property and almost all of your team could take notes on 5* service from him.
