The condo unit we stayed in was clean and recently refurbished. Our unit had no views and the privacy fences, while apparently recently repainted, were obviously rotting. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and couldn’t be adjusted. There were no written instructions for any of the tv’s. Luckily we were there to play golf and not to watch tv or stare out of the windows.

We stayed in The Moorings, just a few steps from the Dunes House and the beautiful beach! Our unit was very nice, clean and well stocked. We did have a credit for VayK Gear through our rental company, so we were able to have 2 bikes and 2 beach chairs waiting for us upon arrival. We loved Palmetto Dunes! Rode bikes daily, visited the pickle ball courts, beach, Dunes House, played golf, fished a little and enjoyed the pool. We saw an attendant cleaning the pool daily as he often parked right in front of our unit. No issues with our stay and we will definitely go back! NOTE: Once you arrive here, you can ride bikes to so many places, including restaurants, golf and Harbour, where we saw manatees swimming.

Spent a year in the Shelter Cove Marina... The BEST marina I have ever had the pleasure of being a member. Thank you to Capt Shaun, Capt Cindy, Preston, Mason, Rene, Carol and all the staff. Doug is a great instructor. My index is ~10 and I asked for help with my irons. He quickly identified the flaws in my swing, which left lots of time to make adjustments and practice. Doug talks "with" you, not "at" you to find out what learning techniques work best for you. I especially liked that he recorded most of the lesson with my cell phone camera, including narration in the background while I was making the adjustments, so I can refer back to in when needed vs. relying on my memory. Another thing I liked was being able to stay on the range and continue practicing after the lesson - I wasn't rushed off the practice area. If you're looking for a great lesson and want someone who will tell you what you need to hear to improve and not necessarily what you want to hear, then Doug Weaver is your man. Thanks again Doug!

Great putting lesson, especially in under an hour. Michael gave some great tips that you wouldn’t get in a normal lesson. Definitely recommend it. I would book online, makes it a lot easier to confirm your lesson.

Had an excellent chipping and bunker lesson with George. His instruction was concrete and easy to follow—on spot evaluation of a few tweaks to improve my short game. I had a great round today—the best proof there is!
