Devin my waitress was the best !! She took such great care of me ! She carried chairs on her shoulder to help people move. She brought food quickly. She made sure my drink was cold.
Had the best smile on her face. She was a pleasure. I suggested anyone going to the club look for her on the beach More
I had a great stay. There was a small problem with rattling in the bathroom, which was promptly resolved to my satisfaction by maintenance staff. Nonetheless, I would've preferred staying at the Main Resort because of company functions, but space limitations did not permit.

Beautiful resort! Our day at the beach was amazing! Our server Luca was always available to get us whatever we needed and gave us great suggestions about what to do in the area. The resort and location are amazing but it’s the personal attention by the staff that makes this resort 5 star!

I got a bite to eat on the beach... the only break I had on a business trip. My server Rachel was very attentive and respectful. Informed me about many drinks that I was not aware of. Another woman I encountered was Lori who was very nice and welcoming. Overall pleasant experience. Would recommend

I surprised my husband with an anniversary staycation. From the moment we arrived until our check out, everything was on point. The front desk staff was attentive and engaging. They wished us a happy anniversary as soon as we arrived! The guest room was beautiful, bright and very clean. The cabanas were amazing and had a shower, bathroom and shaded sitting area. Our server at the cabana, Carmen, was incredible. She is the model employee... someone every business owner would want to represent their company. I had a private dinner set up at SeaGrille. Mitch and Brian created the perfect, romantic, candlelit scene for the surprise dinner. They helped create a phenomenal 5 course meal and every course was better than the last! Bruno was a wonderful waiter and helped make the experience top notch. I can’t wait to book our next stay! A special thank you to the Resort Manager, Christophe Baraton, for helping make this an epic stay.

I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and I booked this through Amex Platinum. Not only was I not offered an upgrade on my five-night stay, I was given possibly the worst room in the house. My “ocean view” room was partial ocean view combined with a view of the air conditioning handlers on the lower portion of a roof top. At upwards of $700 per night, I felt I had to voice my disappointment. I was told that although the hotel was “fully committed” that they would do their best to find another room. Nothing the first night. Contacted the next day by guest services and was told that we could expect to be moved that afternoon. Still nothing. By Monday the hotel was at half capacity and still I was not offered a different room. OK. By the third of the five night trip, it didnt even warrant the effort to move.
As typical of a Florida resort in “season” lounges at either pool were difficult to obtain after 9:00 am. Even with the resort at half capacity after the weekend, the pool areas were substantially taken over with club “members”—year-round members of the beach club that are not hotel guests. Exactly who are we catering to here?
The beach was nice, but charging $30 for an umbrella?? Are you kidding me? In my mind, this brings “nickel and diming” to a completely new level. $20 for a cocktail is also a bit over the top as is the $9.00 liter bottle of Evian in the room (no complimentary water in the room at all).
Breakfast buffet was very nice—lots of choices, and the overworked staff really made the best of a prepetually overcrowded situation. Very unimpressed with the quality of the food I had at the lobby-level dining room the one night we dined in—overdone tuna and underdone steak.
I am very familiar with Boca and Delray and am completely positive you can find nicer, less crowded resorts than this.
