CAIRO - State Police continued their search for long-missing nurse Audrey May Herron Thursday.
The New York State Police Underwater Recovery Team sent divers to three bodies of water in Greene County: Potluck Reservoir and Mauer's Lake in Earlton, and a stretch of Catskill Creek in South Cairo.

Herron has been missing for nearly 20 years.
She finished her shift at the former Greene County Long-Term Health Care Center in the Jefferson Heights section of Catskill at 11 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2002, and, after saying good-bye to co-workers, got into her Jeep to head home to Freehold, about 15 miles away.
Herron was last seen driving the 1994 black Jeep Grand Cherokee, with New York plate X233UV, west on State Route 23 in the town of Catskill, according to her missing person report. She was wearing dark green medical scrubs and a blue turtleneck.
State Police have not given up on the case, and conduct searches when new information comes their way.

In 2016, police searched a pond on Cauterskill Road in Catskill, but, again, did not find Herron or her Jeep.
Herron had three young children when she vanished who are now adults.
Anyone with information on Herron's disappearance is asked to call the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Catskill at 518-622-8600.
State Police did not return calls seeking further information on the searches.
