I loved this coffee maker. It was easy to use and worked great. Until, it didn't. I have not had it six months and all of a sudden I went to use it and it didn't work. Water did not go through and hot pad did not heat up. It was on, the lights were all green and it clicked, but nothing happened. I'm not sure what to rate it. We will see how easy it is to get it replaced since it is only 3 months old. That will be the real deciding factor as to it's rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this 12 cup coffee pot as I have to have a few cups every morning. This one makes a good even coffee flavor and keeps it super hot. I dont have to worry about cold coffee when I come back in a hour because it will still be hot. I love the features on it as well it has a program button so you can program your coffee pot to turn on at 6 am so your coffee is fresh.It will also auto shut off so no worries about if you forget burning your house.

I was worried about using a programmable coffee maker because I am always worried the setup will be too complicated but this system is easy to use and the instructions make sense! Highly recommend
