Bing Maps directions

This should be simple but i can't figure it out.  I highlight a location and hit "directions" and the address becomes the starting point in the directions dialogue box, then I want one of my saved places in the other directions box, but can't find and easy way to just drop one of my place in the directions box.  Seems like I have to type the address in which seems ridiculous.  How do you automatically get one or two of my places into the direction boxes?  I can go to My Places and hit directions, but that only gets one place in, then I have to type in the second.....really frustrating.  Isn't the purpose of saving places to be able to readily get directions  between the places?

Sorry for the delayed response.


Please follow these steps to save the route that you created.

1. Click on the My Places icon. It is the star icon located above Directions input boxes.

2. Click on New list option.

3. Name your created route and click on Save.

Under Hide Options select Save your Destination History
