'I need to figure out what the purpose is': Anna Faris reveals she isn't sure if she still believes in marriage after Chris Pratt split
Anna Faris isn't sure whether she still believes in marriage.
The 41-year-old actress has already tied the knot two times, to actors Ben Indra and Chris Pratt, and she's admitted she isn't certain if she still believes in the institution.
Anna has son Jack, five, with her estranged husband Chris.

She is currently dating cinematographer Michael Barrett.
'I need to figure out what the purpose is,' Faris, 41, said on Monday's episode of Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast.
'Is it safety for your children? Is it convention? Is it so other people respect your relationship more?' she questioned.
Happier times: The 'Scary Movie' actress and ex-husband Chris Pratt have a 5-year-old son together, Jack.
'For me, I'm just not quite sure where it fits, especially when it feels so easy to get married, and then the untangling — when the state gets involved,' the actress added.
'There is the importance of how other people then treat you as a married man than as a man with a girlfriend,' she conceded of marriage.
'I do think it is important how other people respect a relationship… I'm not saying it's a good reason, but it is a small benefit of having that label of being married.'

'I am a romantic. I believe in a partnership, I believe in companionship. I just don't know if I believe in a ceremony of a wedding.'
Faris was married to Indra from 2004 to 2007. Anna and Chris, 38, were together from 2009 to August last year.
The House Bunny star has been seeing her current boyfriend, Michael, since October of last year.
