Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck made their relationship social-media official with a PDA pic on J.Lo's main Instagram feed. The pic, which shows Affleck planting a passionate kiss on Lopez with his arms wrapped around her, is part of a slideshow celebrating Lopez's 52nd birthday.
The rest of the slideshow shows Lopez celebrating her birthday on what looks like a luxury yacht. J.Lo is wearing a red string bikini with an orange triangle pattern, paired with a flowing floral cover-up, layered gold necklaces, and an olive wide-brim fedora. Affleck wears a navy button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up.
"5 2 … what it do …💗 " Lopez wrote in the caption.
Lopez also posted a video of herself posing on the deck of the yacht, wearing pink Quay sunglasses that match her pink wedge heels.
The reunited couple's official Instagram debut comes after their unofficial one, a joint appearance in a slideshow of Leah Remini's birthday party. Though they've kept their relationship off social media before today, Lopez and Affleck have been spotted getting cozy and sharing PDA all over Los Angeles, along with a Fourth of July weekend in the Hamptons.
The couple, who were previously engaged in 2002, have reportedly gotten extremely close, and have been spotted bonding with each other's children at Universal Studios Hollywood and touring homes in an L.A. neighborhood. Insider reports have said that the two are madly in love, and that Lopez "feels like they've been given a second chance."
"They want to do everything they can to make this work. Even though their split many years ago was devastating for Jennifer, she has never had a bad word to say about Ben," a source close to Lopez told People.
