As a partner at the firm, Jeff Lacy represents individuals, small businesses, corporations, and other institutional clients as plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout the state of Texas. His practice areas include business and commercial disputes, insurance defense claims and coverage issues, personal injury claims, automobile and transportation litigation, collections, construction disputes, product liability claims, premises liability issues, and employment disputes.  Mr. Lacy also represents a number of residential homeowners’ associations.

Mr. Lacy is admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
