Alice L. Walton School of Medicine has been granted Candidate Status by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) and is working to secure institutional and programmatic accreditation and authorization, anticipating that the first class will start in 2025.  

Pending this accreditation, the School of Medicine will prepare medical students for the unique challenges of the 21st century through an innovative four-year curriculum rooted in whole health principles.

Degree Program

Our curriculum will infuse conventional medicine with integrative techniques. Upon successful completion of the four-year, allopathic program, graduates will receive a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
