When is pregnant Alesha Dixon due to give birth and who is her partner?

Alesha Dixon had probably one of the best TV pregnancy announcements ever earlier this year.

The 40-year-old announced the happy news of her pregnancy on Britain’s Got Talent in May when show hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly performed a musical opening number, during which they sang ‘Alesha is expecting’.

The crowd erupted into applause at the news and fellow BGT judge David Walliams jumped to his feet to cheer.

The baby will be Alesha’s second child, as she already has a five-year-old daughter called Azura Sienna.

‘I feel great actually, I feel so much more relaxed this time around’, she said when she appeared on the ITV chat show Loose Women.

‘It’s great the first time around, you read every single book going and the second time you’re like, I’ve got this.’

When is pregnant Alesha Dixon due?

Although Alesha announced her pregnancy back in May, the former Mis-Teeq singer has kept her due date a secret.

This is also what the star did when she was pregnant with Azura, only announcing her birth a week after she welcomed her little girl with a surprise tweet which read:  ‘Thank you for all of your lovely birthday messages! I’ve had the best present in the world………,’ she teased, adding: ’My baby girl Azura Sienna was born last week!!!’

When many of her followers commented on the sudden arrival, Dixon replied: ‘It seems quick because I was hiding it for so long!!! I was in my 6 month of pregnancy at the Britain’s Got Talent final! :) xxx.’

If Alesha was further along than fans realised when she was pregnant with her first child, could the BGT judge be closer to her due date than everyone realises with her second baby?

And after her pregnancy announcment, will the star enlist the help of Ant and Dec to announce the birth as well? Only time will tell.

Who is Alesha Dixon’s partner?

Alesha Dixon’s partner is Azuka Ononye, who is 38 and a British professional dancer and model.

Alesha has been with Azuka for over 10 years, and the couple are rumoured have got married in 2017, however the pair have never confirmed this news, choosing instead to keep it private.

They welcomed their daughter Azura in 2013.
