I am originally from San Miguel, I started practicing Yoga in 2007 and have made it my lifestyle. I did my Yoga Teacher Training in Guadalajara at "Centro Yoga Devanand" for a year (Jan 2013- Jan 2014).
I opened Urban Yoga SMA on Jan 25th 2014.
In September 2015, I had thw amazing oportunity of going to Rishikesh, India, where I did a 500 hour YTT by the Yoga Alliance.
After India, I changed Urban Yoga to Atma Yoga.
My wish is to expand conscience in the people of San Miguel, and to let them know that Yoga is for everyone. I am also a certified Reiki therapist.
