Eleanor May “Honey” Wilson, 82, a lifelong resident of Dravosburg, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, July 24, 2023. She was born in Mifflin Township on February 27, 1941 to the late Elmer and Catherine Reid Wilson. She is survived by her son, Michael Froman, of Florida, grandchildren Gregory and Brian Froman, of Florida as well as nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents, Honey was preceded in death by her son Mark Froman, Jr., brother Elmer Wilson, and sister Jean Zettler. She worked as a cook for many years at the Skyview Restaurant & Lounge, which was located in West Mifflin. Honey’s sense of humor will be missed by all those that knew and loved her, she was awesome and one of a kind. Michael James “Mike” Gouker, 46 of West Mifflin, formerly of Clairton, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023 at UPMC McKeesport Hospital. He was born in Morgantown, West Virginia on July 8, 1977 to the late Kenneth Gouker and the surviving Deborah (Boyd Gouker) Gecan. He is survived by his wife of 9 years, Beth Boyles Gouker, mother Deborah (Boyd Gouker) Gecan, step-father Dale Gecan, children Jacob and Emma Gouker of Glassport, brother Brian Gouker, of South Carolina, niece Kayla Gouker, of South Carolina, aunt Beverly Gouker, of Elizabeth, uncle Harold Gouker, of Elizabeth, in-laws James and Glenna Boyles, of Indianapolis, Indiana, best friend and adopted brother, Chadd Augustine, of West Mifflin, and his loving cats, Bear, Shadow, Dexter and Cash. Mike was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Gouker, and grandmother Margaret Boyd. He was a member of the 46 Club in Wilson, as well as Wilson Presbyterian Church, and was employed in the deli at Shop n’ Save in Century square. Mike was a man that loved his family and he enjoyed going to dances with his daughter, going fishing with his son, and was an avid fan of wrestling.  Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M. Robert J. Lash, 75 of Jefferson Hills passed away on Saturday, July 8th, 2023 at Jefferson Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation. He was born in Pittsburgh on October 21st, 1947 to the late Robert Lash and Susan Pollick. He is survived by his godchild Melissa Costa D’Souza, many cousins, and family members. He liked to live life alone, but when in social settings, he was full of life. He was a prolific writer and author. He had the uncanny ability to discern your interests and engage you in lively and spirited discussions in just about any topic. He was a product of his generation in many ways, but larger than life when it came to literary pursuits. To truly gain an appreciation of his life read one of his published short stories. Barbara Ann Snyder Esper, 83 of North Huntingdon died Thursday July 6th, 2023 at Forbes Hospital. She was born in Clairton on February 7th, 1940 to the late William Snyder and Agnes Catherine Snizik Goldsworthy. She is survived by her sister Denise Goldsworthy Petrik of Glassport, as well as her cat Simba and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Barbara was preceded in death by her sister Dolores Snyder Eitleman and her step father John Goldsworthy. She was a member of the Diocese of Pittsburgh in Natrona Heights and also worked as a cook for the Diocese. Barbara enjoyed vacationing at the beach, showing off her dance moves while listening to music and always cherished family get togethers. Arrangements have been entrusted to E.C. Clint John March, 39, of Glassport passed away on Thursday, June 29th, 2023 at his home. He was born in McKeesport on July 4th, 1983 to Clint and Deborah Digiacomo March. In addition to his parents, Clint is further survived by his children C.J. March, Chelsea March, and his wife with whom they are separated Tina Michalski, also survived by his uncles, aunts, and cousins as well as his favorite dogs Bruiser and Sky. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Clint loved to cook and enjoyed being a handyman and finding tasks that needed to be done around the house as well as fantasize about sports cars and motorcycles and was an avid dog lover. Donald “Don” Leonard Trainer, 53, of McKeesport, passed away at his home on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023. He was born in McKeesport on May 27, 1970, to the late Kenneth Leroy and Charlotte Abell Trainer. He is survived by his sister, Carol Daugherty of Port Vue, brother John McGarrity of McKeesport, granddaughter Hailey Jayde Trainer of Greensburg, as well as nieces and nephews. Don was preceded in death by his daughter, Dawn Nikole Lea Trainer. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards and had a passion for gambling. His favorite movie was The Godfather and he was a master-class chef at cooking hot sausage. His favorite job that he had was being a taxi driver as well as a driver for Chucks Ice Cream. She is survived by her father, William Snyder of Clairton, former partner Kevin McBride of Clairton, daughter Giavonna of Clairton, brothers Matthew Snyder of Greensburg, and Thomas Snyder of Elizabeth, sister Toni Snyder of Clairton, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved dog Milo. Gabby was preceded in death by her mother, and grandparents Lenny and Nancy Bitkowski. She was a member of the Triumph of the Holy Cross in Clairton, formerly called St. Clare of Assisi. Gabby worked as an agency nurse at Hill Crest Nursing. She loved music, the Pittsburgh Steelers, vacationing at the ocean and cooking.

Tina is survived by her daughter Amber (Roger) Faye Marie Kish of Dravosburg, father of her child Scott Mitchell of McKeesport as well as nieces and nephews, cousins, many close friends and her favorite pets Rebel, Eddie, Ares, and Hella. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by all of her sisters. Tina loved to watch TV and go shopping as well as play games on her phone and cleaning around the house. He was born in McKeesport on February 19th 1948 to the late Ralph J Helman Sr. and Irene Lomis Helman. Ralph was the loving husband of 53 years to Gloria J. Helman. He is survived by his wife Gloria Helman of Clairton, his son Christopher (Lorie) Helman of Dravosburg, daughter Christina Ray of Port St. Lucie of Florida, brothers Gary (Georgann) Helman of Baldwin, Dennis Helman of Clairton, sisters Diane (Rick) Lapinski of Rostraver, Debbie (Tom) Caley of Jefferson, Barb (Mark) Yantek of Collegeville, Cathy (Ed) Demchak of Clairton, grandchildren Abriana, Connor, Zachary, Kylee, Austin, and many nieces and nephews and his dog Loki. Ralph was a member of the Clairton Presbyterian Church and the Elizabeth Boat Club as well as the Greene Cove Yacht Club. He enjoyed spending days out on the boat and making memories with his grandchildren. He worked as a Lithographer for Hoechstetter Printing. Ruth Elaine Conley Drobac, 97 a lifelong resident of McKeesport, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 at The Palms at O’Neil. She was born in McKeesport on December 24, 1925 to the late William and Mabel Shaw Conley.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Dushan Drobac, as well as companion Pete Ostovich. Ruth worked for the McKeesport Connecting Railroad, and then she later worked as a secretary for Auberle Home for Boys. She was known to be avid with organization and keeping notes in order, which made her an excellent secretary. Ruth was also a member of the Holy Trinity Cathedral. He was born in McKeesport on October 15, 1960 to the late Robert and Cecila Cabon Petersen. He is survived by sons, Brenden Petersen of Pinellas County, FL, Derek Petersen of Elizabeth, Jordan (Alexis) Petersen of Clairton, sisters Kathleen (George) Kovtun of Clairton, Eileen (John) Rossi of Clairton, Sharon (Jim) Doyle of North Versailles, grandchildren Julian, Sterling, Halsley, Zayla, Logan, Roman and Damian as well as nieces and nephews. Edward was preceded in death by brother Daniel Petersen. Edward worked at Petersen Machine Shop for 27 years, and also did welding and roofing. He was born in Clairton on August 8th 1940 to the late Chauncey and Edith Roche Trainer. Kenneth was the loving husband to the late Charlotte Abell and Donna Dicecco. He is survived by his son Donald L. Trainer of McKeesport, step-son John McGarrity of McKeesport, and step-daughter Carol Daugherty of McKeesport, and great granddaughter Hailey Trainer of McKeesport as well as many nieces and nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his brothers and his sister and his granddaughter Dawn Trainer. He was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance. Kenneth enjoyed dancing, playing pool, and gambling. Kenneth worked as a lab technician for PPG industries. She was born in McKeesport on June 7th, 1957, to the late John and Janet (Langsdorf) Ross. Janet was the loving wife of 43 years to Leon Mack. She is survived by her husband Leon as well as sisters Brenda Lee Ross of McKeesport, Sharon Orbin of Glassport, and Nancy (Steve) Callahan of McKeesport. Further survivors include multiple nieces and nephews. Janet was preceded in death by her parents as well as siblings Debra Callahan and John Ross Jr. She was a nurse’s aide for various companies and enjoyed playing bingo.
