Jackie Irving’s partner Adam Faith died at age 62, on 8 March 2003, in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England. He was killed by a heart attack at North Staffordshire Hospital. Per the Daily Mail, Jackie found out that her husband Adam suffered a fatal heart attack while sharing a bed with his young mistress.

It was alleged that Adam Faith had an extramarital affair which led to the announcement that he and his wife Jackie were separating. Adam and Jackie never got divorced. Adam was reportedly in his hotel room with his mistress Tanya Arpino when he collapsed from a heart attack before he was taken to the hospital where he died.
