Death late-guitarist Chuck Schuldiner's B.C. Rich Stealth is up for auction, currently at $20K+
It's unfortunate news that Chris Steele, nephew of Death mastermind Chuck Schuldiner, is parting ways with one of Schuldiner's guitars.
In a recent Facebook post on the Death page, Steele announced that he is selling Schuldiner's custom shop Emerald Green B.C. Rich Stealth guitar "due to extenuating circumstances." The guitar is currently up for auction on eBay and will conclude on April 18th.
Starting price was set at $100 on April 8th and quickly rose from there. Currently, as of 12 PM Wednesday, April 10th the bidding has reached $20,500 with 8 days left to bid.
This sale marks a significant moment for fans and collectors interested in owning a piece of Death metal history.
Steele's post reads:
This one hurts to let go, but I assure you due to extenuating circumstances, it must be done. I appreciate your respectful opinions and will answer as many questions as possible. Thank you all.
