      Critics Consensus

The dance sequences are exhilarating, but everything else about this movie is sloppy and generic.

Bobby B i like when they dance Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/17/24 Full Review Dogon B Two words...Steve Harvey. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/24 Full Review ashley h You Got Served is an okay film. It is about two friends who must first win their city's dance contest in order to open their recording studio. Omarion and Marques Houston give decent performances. The script is a little slow in places. Chris Stokes did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the drama and music. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review nilufer e It was a disaster of a movie, stupid plot, horrible acting, bad directing; everything you look for in a rotten movie but the sole effort to dance was worth the struggle. (even that wasn't great though) Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review diogo d The insane coreography routines by Dave Scott and Shane Sparks make this movie worth watching. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Cheesy, corny, cliched, but to this day its still remains a classic dance movie.
